We were positively impressed by the professionalism of both the local sales team and the installers. It is a truly quality product.

I had a stairlift installed which was programmed incorrectly.
After many phone calls, to which a different person always answered, they finally sent two technicians, who could not fix the small control unit.
My sister-in-law had to phone. Thanks to her, I had two new experts who reprogrammed the control unit.
The employees are nice, but the idea I got is that they don't know anything about the product being installed, and that there is no contact with the electricians.
All of this happened right away, when the stairlift was still under warranty for two years. Once the two years are over, the letter arrives in which annual maintenance is proposed for about 300.
Result: distrust.

I gave five stars, and stannah because from them I found seriousness and kindness. I need a platform and a stairlift, for my leaf. And while explaining my problem, I had the feeling of being on the sofa of my house chatting with friends .
