Its a farm store...translation ....the emoloyees are a bit laud back, they know many of their customers personaly and often times that leads to conversations that might leave other customers waiting. They are knowledgeable and helpful and i strongly recommens them. Just remember it is not a typical retail environment
Terrible customer service! While on the phone with a man who works there, he completely hung the phone up on me. When I called back, no one picked up the phone. I will never be taking my business back and will begin referring customers elsewhere. So sad to see businesses like this in the agriculture industry!
Good luck getting honest service. They charged me 3x for stuff. The ladies in there are wonderful and helpful. But the men and as worthless and anything I've ever seen.
They allowed the American Legion to set up a Helmets to Hero's collection point in the business.
Bad service. ask if a items in stock and they say it's available in another store but when I ask if I could pay for.it and have it sent to their store. they tell me they don't know when it will arive, could take 3 days or 7 days...how does a store not know when they receive their orders??? I had $ to spent just like everyone else but I guess I'll be shopping somewhere else.

Stanislaus partnershipped with our local feed store, The Pardner, which has been open for decades in Lassen county, and mistreated the staff, fired everyone, never kept their feeds in stock and finally, looks like they shut the place down.
Now we have to go 80 miles south to Reno to get our stuff.
Waited 30 min after i paid to get 1 roll of plastic that was 75 dollars more expensive than anywhere else in the area
