Bad service. ask if a items in stock and they say ...

Bad service. ask if a items in stock and they say it's available in another store but when I ask if I could pay for.it and have it sent to their store. they tell me they don't know when it will arive, could take 3 days or 7 days...how does a store not know when they receive their orders??? I had $ to spent just like everyone else but I guess I'll be shopping somewhere else.
