The brisket burger was delicious with brisket on top of a beef pattie and those crispy tobacco onions! Atmosphere was very chill with no sense of hurry. Server was attentive but not over bearing. If you want a nice atmosphere with good food, you can t beat this place.

Nice restaurant in the marina. The greatest thing it is open. So my of the marina Restaurants on the river have closed or very very limited hours.

I had the blackened Mahi-Mahi with loaded baked potato. Absolutely fantastic. We ordered the crab and shrimp dip for an appetizer and was not disappointed. Highly recommend this restaurant with its unique location and decor.

Left there a few hours ago I had a plain burger and fires for lunch. Which was the only meal I had today. Now i have food poisoning I am going to leave out the details but, i will never step foot in there again.

Waitress nice. Appetizers great had Alligator bites and shrimp crab cheese dip. Main dishes not so good. 3 of us had the small filet mignon very very dry
One had ribeye those of us that had the filet wished we'd had the ribeye.

Great scenery and even better food! I've always enjoyed the staff in all of my experiences here. A lot of seating inside & outside available as well. The lunch menu options are great. Prices are average to slightly above average for seafood, however I will always pay more for great quality such as theirs!

Just moved here from Maryland/Tennessee. I live right across the River and pass this place all the time. Stopped in last Sunday with a friend and sat on the upper outdoor deck. Gorgeous day! Great views & food!!! Fresh salad greens, shrimp and the fish n' chips were crisp and not greasy at all. Our server Kassidy was awesome and couldn't have been any more friendly! Definitely going to be a regular here and bringing all of my out of town friends and family here!

The food was excellent and a great view of the lake.

The only complaint I have was the hour and 30 minute wait time to be seated. Other than that this was 5-star. The atmosphere is great. Sitting bay side for dinner is an awesome experience. The service is great. Our waitress Madelynn was awesome. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The bathroom was clean. The drinks were good. Be prepared to pay though. Good food and service comes with a price.

Great friendly service,,,, The View is absolutely beautiful the River Bottom Grill is floating on the water but stationary looking at the Tennessee River you can come by boat or vehicle there is a park and Campground on the other side of the River Bottom Grill... ( Enjoy we did)

Very good food! Awesome service. This was my first time in trying gator and it was on point. Very happy for the choice of our group dinner. Oh and the peanut butter pie!!!

Excellent food and gorgeous view/area. The hamburger I had was absolutely delicious. They brought me flatbread since I couldn't have the garlic in the bun, and that flatbread was delicious too! My husband had the fish and chips - the fish was very tender and juicy. We also had the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer and their cocktail sauce is to die for! Seriously, my husband was dipping everything he possibly could into it throughout the meal, lol!

Eaten here a few times and the food and service is always very good!

Had the sweetest waitress a lil young girl. Sure hate I can't remember her name. I went to eat the Crab Legs but we got there a little late so we had the Fish & Chips. It was pretty good. That Juice Joint was delicious. The sights was pretty. I was shocked when I felt the restaurant shaking but it is sitn in water. Can't wait to go back

My family and I visit every time we re in town. Beautiful view from the patio. And we always enjoy watching the kids feed the fish!

A fabulous ending to our family vacation! The shrimp and crab were as good as Key West...the Mahi Mahi was excellent...the steak sandwich was perfect and our son who's a picky eater ate the entire mushroom swiss burger. The server Monica was so sweet and funny...definitely ask for her and tip her well as she deserves it! We will definitely be back again and again. An excellent experience from start to finish.

We went to RBG on Friday at 5. The website was misleading it appeared a lot nicer than it actually was. We have poultry houses and our houses have less flies than there was in this restaurant . They were on the floor by the dozens on us , on our food. We ate with one hand and waved off flies with the other. Food was average. Service was good. Looking around I noticed the entire place was dirty. Floor, baseboards walls, then add all the flies and it is not a good result . Do I recommend ? No

We LOVE this place!! Nothing like eating on the patio right next to the rivet plus you get GREAT food!!!!

I had the big shrimp platter, almost too much to eat, cooked perfectly, cold beer, what's not to love.

Great harbor /river views. Recommend the fried mushrooms, there good bite size perfectly fried and a large portion. Cold beer too. Service is good as well

Waitresses were rude, not much of a selection on the menu, mediocre service at best. Would not recommend and wont be returning.

If you're looking for some good fried fish, shrimp, alligator tail, fries, and hush puppies this is the place to go!! Bonus decision makers...great service and if you're sitting outside nice river/bridge view!!

Love this place. The Blackened Fish Flat is great! The Hawaiian slaw is excellent. On the water, great atmosphere, great service! Mikayla was wonderful. Takes a few minutes to get the food out but it is well worth the wait. We have come her a couple of times with my family and they all love it. Anytime I am in town this is the place I eat.

The 1st time we went i absolutely fell in love with this place!
The second time i took someone with me and had the worse experience we were served cold food and when i say cold food i dont mean warm i mean it was as if someone took it out the fridge heated it for 10 seconds in the microwave and served it to us.
We waited awhile before going back (awhile being over a year) then decided to give it another chance after all they do have the best spinach artichoke dip around.
We not only were over charged. Along with being ignored. But the menus had changed a little to the point that they took the meat away from the fettuccine Alfredo and started charging for the chicken. And it didnt specify they charged for the chicken by the item.... it was over half way down the page.....
So when we got our bill it was outrageous as 2 of us ordered the alfredo.
I my suggestion dont waste your time and money on this place. It takes a lot for me to post a bad review... and i do mean a lot as i have worked in food service and can relate to the everyday struggles. Im not saying im perfect nor do i expect perfection but $85 for a meal for 4 to me is crazy!
All because your menu wasnt clear on things.

Spent a week at the marina heading down river. Only ate at the restaurant wants the very nice people and excellent food. Highly recommended stop if your on the river.

Routinely horrible service. The last time we visited they acted very put out that we had children and needed a high chair. Instead of sitting us at a normal height table, they tried to stack multiple high chairs (safety hazard) and sit us at a pub table. The restaurant was basically empty so I'm not sure why they attempted this. We promptly left.

Can I just say - DAMN! This is a top choice in the shoals area because the entire experience bundles together into great memories of excellent food, generous drinks, and the atmosphere of a day on the boat with buddies ... being served gourmet selections from the water!
Most of the menu is fried, so don't go if your on a strict meal plan. That being said, this time I tried the strawberry vinaigrette salad with fried shrimp, and it was heavenly! I couldn't stop eating it ... when it was gone - tears of sadness. It is difficult to pick the salad with so many other succulent and savory choices on the menu. The alligator bites are tender and flavourful, the fish fillets are on par with the finest English fish and chips in London, the raw oysters are fresh with mild briney flavours, and the shrimp ... oh my! If it can be done better, I haven't found the place. I haven't tried any of their 'turf' options, cuz when I'm at a seafood place, I want seafood ... but I have gone with friends that have spoken highly of their need and chicken choices. Go for the novelty of eating on a floating pier with an excellent view of the marina. Come back because the food is that damn good.

As visitors only for 1 night in the city, we had good service and enjoyed our meal.

Salmon and salads - we were very happy to have a quick, quiet, and nutritional / fresh food available.

Great location and Good food
This is a restaurant that is floating on the river. We rented a pontoon boat then came here for food. The burgers were perfect. They have plenty on mixed drinks and beer. The gator bites were ok but the shrimp was perfect. If you get upstairs you can watch the boats come in and out. Service was great and everyone was friendly and happy.

Took a long time to get our food, which was really good. Had to ask for all the necessary items to eat with. Maybe she was a new server!

Good quality beer, burger and seafood barge. The staff are really pleasant and it s great value for money.

I had the brisket burger with potato salad. It came as I asked and the side was genuinely lovely: You could tell the salad had been made that day. The brisket in the burger was also cooked really well. Would eat here again.

I thought this place just served bar food but was I wrong. Oysters on the half shell, great shrimp and crab dip, huge sandwiches and a brisket burger that is unreal. Great food

Can't beat their $9 weekday lunch menu which even includes your beverage. However, one menu item is very misleading. Fish and chips is listed as "includes one side." So we ordered fish and chips with cole slaw. We got no chips/fries but a big glob of cole slaw on each plate, plus another small serving in a paper cup. When we asked our waitress what happened to our fries, she said we had requested cole slaw so it had been substituted for the fries. When we explained that the menu said we could choose one side, she said that you either got the fries or you chose a different side and that's what we had done. Apparently the small serving of coleslaw already came with it but nothing said that and she was not remotely concerned that we were unhappy with not getting our fries. The food was good, but the menu listing for fish and chips is misrepresented and should be changed, and our waitress should have shown some consideration since we would have had no way of knowing ordering cole slaw as what we thought was an optional side would cause us to lose our fries. The menu should simply list it as fish, or else include a notation that a small serving of coleslaw comes with it.
