I totally agree ! Its nigh on impossible to contact these people. Not even an email address for Customer Service.

Its the 21st Century people!

I have been trying to find a postal address for the last 20 minuets and cannot find one on their web site. I have been a financial adviser for 36 years and i cant tell you how many times I have this problem with insurers and pension providers, pathetic.

It seems impossible to contact Standard Life other than by ringing the numbers they provide, which no doubt cost a fortune for you to listen to music. According to the internet there are loads of complaints about "High Volumes of Calls" which means you have to wait for ages. Call back seems to make people even more angry when the "Call Back" doesn't materialise. What has happend to the fax numbers, I challenge anyone to find one so that people like me who live in other EU countries can fax their letters rather than pay expensive postage to the UK.
Get a grip Standard LIfe, provide contact details other than phone lines. Some of us don't use Twitter, FB or other social media we just want to send communications via email or fax.

It seems that Standard Life have deliberately made it impossible whilst on their web site to email them regarding any issue or difficulty encountered and deftly try to palm you off via the Frequently asked questions section. I live abroad and consequently live in an opposite time zone ......i really don't want to phone you. My problem is: I can no longer log-on and it seems i can only email you if i can log-on.... Catch 22! Very disappointing and frustrating.
