I would give them a zero if I could. I feel jacked because the only way to leave a review was to give them one star.

I'm forced to deal with these bumbling idiots. My medically fragile granddaughter cannot seem to get her tube feeding formula. First it's being delivered, then overnighted, then it's God knows where, anywhere except where it's supposed to be.

No empathy. They don't give a rats ass if you have your supplies or not.

PromptCare looks after their employees and patients and goes above and beyond to help. It is sometimes difficult to reach out to someone if you don't know their extension and I hope that is something they will work through. Overall I have heard nothing but wonderful reviews from patients in general.

Horrible customer service. My child with special needs gets his supplies from here and they have no clue what to do or how to make the customer happy by sending one 60cc syringe out so my son can eat and possibly eating the cost of something so insignificant instead they tell me to call doc and get a script bc he (my son) never received them before. Uh, yeah for the past 7 1/2 years he has.

Very irresponsible, no communication skills and definitely no care for the patient's who use them for supplies. For 8 plus years the same excuses, delays and wrong & incomplete orders month after month. Oh yeah calling PA location not any better. My son's feeding bags are due 10th of the month, no notification and today 1/15/15 5 days later no delivery

This company tries not to deal with their customers. They want customers to email their orders in and no verification that it has been received. They do not send supplies on time. I am switching my PT to At Home Medical. They sound compassionate over the phone and do not ask you to wait for a call back, which can be an hr or 4, not an exaggeration. I have no idea why any health care provider would send PT scripts to this company. For feeding or respiratory supplies go with At Home Medical, this company is a hassle. They are not horrible, but who wants to wait to speak to someone when it pertains to respiratory and feeding supplies or deal soley with emailing. I must also mention in the past when you reached their reps, they sometimes didn't put the order in and they did not provide any confirmations. You would think you followed protocol and your shipment is on its way. Until you call and they say no no order was placed. So you reorder and wait and have to reuse supplies and then it messes up all future deliveries. Please do not use this company if you can choose At Home Medical.

This regards promptcare at a different location in NY. My special needs daughter needed an oxygen concentrator. I called many times and the customer service people were vague and callous. I became angry and told them they did not know what they were doing. They then told me they would not service her because all those angry moms make the customer service people upset. Perhaps they are upset because they do not communicate what is going on, don't provide helpful information , don't call back, etc. and desperately want to get critical equipment. They certainly didn't care if she had oxygen or not. I explained how upsetting all this was and apologized for being upset, No matter. They'd rather risk someone's life to be vindictive. These are BAD people in Elmhurst, NY. They don't care about the risk they put vulnerable people in. They do not care. This was a NY location so something bad is going on with the training.

Highly recommended for hospitals, doctors & nurse practitioners if you need a trusted partner in their field. In our experience, Promptcare is a very nice company to work with. They have great support staff in New Providence and King of Prussia and really go above and beyond to service their patients. They are a leader in what they do because their focus is on the end user patient first and foremost.

The customer service in this place is appalling, they put people's lives at risk when supplies are not provided in a timely manner. When you call to find out what is going on, each person is rude and very unfriendly. If I could put zero stars or NEGATIVE I would do so. I suggest that no one works with this establishment, they should be ashamed.

This company is absolutely unreliable! Terrible service! The only helpful employee is my delivery guy. I have an infant who has only been home from the hospital for a few months and every month they send me an incorrect order. I have tried to get my most important supply delivered after hours and I was told that the on call service does not carry any. My son has to go days off of his heart and oxygen monitor due to the companies incompetence. ZERO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY! UNFORTUNATELY I AM NOT ABLE TO POST A REVIEW WITHOUT ANY.

Unresponsive, you might as well talk to the wall! No calls are ever answered, messages not returned, emails ignored. I went for a week with the same feeding bag for my daughter because they didn't make the delivery in time and no one bothered helping me! I wanted to switch ages ago just couldn't find a better alternative

In my experience, Promptcare is a great company that employs great people. I have gotten to know many of their staff members and the leadserhip team the last couple years when they relocated their corporate office from Clark to New Providence. If you get to know them, they are hyper focused on providing top notch service to their patients.

PromptCare seems oxymoronic for how this place operates. Get the yawning staff off the phone lines and implement a refill system that gives both the company and client a manner of confirmation.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews. I've been using them for 5 years for oxygen, supplies, and servicing a rented oxygen concentrator. They always send the right items and deliver fast. Folks on the phone have been fine.

Just started using. Had to leave a message for machine problems "they would get right back to me" 3.5 hours later someone calls when I am away from my desk leaving a message to fix something that I did not ask about. I called the 800 number again waited over 15 minutes hearing the same recording then it hung me up. Called again finally was able to speak to some one. The equipment they supplied was not as good as the equipment I have through a different company was the result of my conversation, which was only one part of my call, he sent me back to the equipment help line without answering my other question. I ended up calling my insurance company to request a prompt and caring company who is interested in my sons needs. Restoration Medical is who we will be using. They have been terrific with my sleep machine and supplies and I sure they will take care of my son and his cpap equipment as well.

I have been using prompt care approximatley 5 weeks. I am very satisfied with their service for home infusion. The nurse who comes to my home to check my pic line is genuinely concerned with my well being and is friendly and down to earth. They always call to let me know when my shipment is coming, and are on top of getting refills as needed. Prompt care in Clark always returns my calls promptly. When I had an issue with a reaction to my medicine, they called me back before my doctor did, and followed up with me for the next few days. I am highly satisfied with their services.

I worked for them at their new location in New Providence and I must say this is the worst company to work for. They don't have any sort of order and seem to want to micromanage. If you want your sanity in place, please don't apply to work there in any department.
