The Staff at Staffing Agency are Wonderful! ! ! They are extremely helpful in any problems you have from computer IT issues to getting questions answered.

Prime Staffing is a wonderful temp agency, however one recruiter (Yolanda) is something else. I don't know this woman and how she got her job but she is not professional. I have dealt with many temp agency and she is the worst recruiter. Beware of her. Request another recruiter. She will talk about other people and put people down. She gets personal and thats not professional at all. Prime staffing would of receive 5 stars but this recruiter makes me want to not work EVER.

I worked with them for TD bank in Greenville. I would constantly tell my agent how I was treated and nothing was ever done about it. He told me lies just to keep the job throughout the the contract to benefit him. Very unprofessional staffing agency.

The worst company to work for they are not organized and and very unprofessional. They dont help you anything just send millions of emails with not clear enough instructions to follow , Jordan, yolanda , heidi . Horrible I would not recommend and they only do temp jobs . I prefer to stay broke than to me mistreated

As a seasoned professional with many years under my belt I encountered a layoff in 2016. I always look within to improve my skills and I was ready to be coached. Many times you must humble yourself to excel! Therefore, self development, coaching and mentorship was what I needed and that's exactly what I experienced with PrimeStaffing.

But, most importantly, my senior recruiter Haydee was, and is, THE BEST! In my opinion and my experience--again, I repeat--my experience. Why? Because it's a two way street. You cannot expect to receive without giving some of you. Haydee professionally coached, guided, critiqued and professionally instructed me all throughout my assignments, from day one, until my permanent role confirmation this year 2019.

Without her patience, expertise, professionalism, poise, and specialized knowledge I would not have the position I landed at a world class hospital. For that, I say Thank you Prime Staffing and especially Haydee for positioning me the way I DID NOT see myself--however, she saw it and molded me all along. Haydee, you are truly a consummate professional and one of the best recruiters I have ever worked with.

Prime Staffing is completely unprofessional. I worked through them with an assignment for Visiting Nurse Service of NY and if it wasn't for the VNS staff, I would have quit after the first week. They are unprofessional via email, using slang and demeaning tones. The supervisor of my project even complained about the staffing manager Frank, calling him impossible and arrogant. The supervisor from VNS gave me contact information to another staffing agency because he said that if he ever needed temp help, he would never use Prime again. They have ignored numerous emails and voicemails from me in regards to my pay and other HR issues, it was so bad I had to report them to the better business bureau. Stay away from this amateur company.

Withholding my last weeks pays due to their negligence. Hired me without medical clearance and failed to respond my last week when their app to clock in had me locked out and yet I still showed up to work on time for every shift until the expected end of date from my contract. Mind you it was more than a month earlier than they told me it would be. Now they are withholding payment stating they need my medical clearance and that it is required by state. How does that make sense to clear anyone after their contracted has ended and to withhold payment is illegal. Everything was done backwards and even first weeks pay was incorrect and paid less than what was stated. Anyone looking for employment there has to be better temp agencies out there. This is my first and last time seeking employment via such agency. I have emails and text messages to share with anyone who would like to see first hand how unprofessional and shady they are.

I'm an experienced nurse, and I have to say, the agency trys the hardiest to place RN's. I hope the cohesiveness of this Staff stay's.

I have been working with Prime for a little over a year. The entire staff has been professional and prompt with communications. My recruiters, Cheydel Courthan and Fran Scheets have been accommodating and proactive in securing assignments that appeal to me and fit my schedule. I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my professional placements!

Natalie. Got upset with me because i took a better paying contract, then when i tried to go to nyc for a recent deployment......she purposely didnt return any calls or texts. Some of these recruiters need to understand that nurses talk and this is never personal, this is business. There are sooooo many different agencies and opportunities. So grow up and be professional. You did not stop my cash flow......know that!!!!!

Prime Staffing provides excellent customer service and support to all staff. I had the privilege to work with Maria Reyes and Rey and the experience was such pleasant. They helped me find a job with a great company that 8 months later offered me a permanent fulltime position.

I cannot believe this place is still open. I worked for the company a few years ago. It was the worst experience. They act like you owe them everything. They told the place I worked for through them not to hire me because they needed to make money off me. What a joke.

Close the doors without paying me over a week of work

Natalie has been a Godsend of a recruiter helping me transition from Texas to NY for covid relief nursing. She laid everything out plain and simple and was very quick and responsive with the massive amount of questions I asked! HIGHLY recommend going through her!

Prime Staffing has provided for me positive steady employment. Haydee, my Coordinator is very dedicated, professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that I am continuously working. She lets me know that I am much appreciated and never is too busy to extend herself to me in time of need. Also, Gabriella who is the Payroll Coordinator is truly on top, as well as much pleasant and professional. Yes! Prime Staffing is definitely the best!

Ray and Maria have been extremely helpful. They are very prompt and accurate with job placement. I have always been able to contact them by phone or email and always received a response. They work well with accommodating your needs. You will not be disappointed with their standards and salary offered. I highly recommend anyone/everyone to utilize this agency, especially if you're having trouble finding employment on your own.

There s a recruiter named Yolanda that is extremely unprofessional. She has screamed at me over the phone several times. Hung up on me and continued to accuse me of making her job difficult. She does a terrible job of explaining the procedures and refuses to properly answer questions. She has accused me of messing up paper work that she never emailed. I don t understand how she was hired to do a job where she clearly lacks the communication skills needed to interact with people. It is unbelievable that this agency has someone like her working there. In all my years I have never been treated so terribly as I have been by this recruiter. Word of advise for anyone that has to interact with her just find somewhere else. It s not worth it.

I have been blessed to associate with this staffing agency, especially with my recruiter Haydee Esperanza. She has made my transition back to NYC from Florida a welcoming and comfortable experience, in regards, to my job search. Since 2018, she has gone above and beyond in accommodating my requests. I continue to recommend her, as she has also helped a dear friend of mine find employment after so many years of searching. Haydee is a pleasant, professional and beautiful human being. The worst agency to work for especially with Haydee I do not recommend this agency to anyone

The best staffing agency I have ever encountered. No one else comes close the their professionalism, caring and their quick response to adhering to your issues. And they are so fast when it comes to processing your documents. They make no excuses, they are just straight to the point, always on point. They are just perfect. And their online services makes it so easy for you to navigate. My agent who is Patrick Donahue is awesome and very accommodating. He rectifies my issues very quickly and communicates very easily and he is very understanding and very effective. I highly recommend this Prime Staffing.

Prime Staffing is the worst! I had an interview with Christopher and he asked me questions and told me he would keep in touch regarding any openings. It has been two months and Christopher never contacted me, not even with a follow up email to simply let me know he was still searching. I would call at least once a week and eventually he stopped taking my phone calls. I finally got in touch with him and he told me no employers were willing to hire me with my background as a Healthcare Administrator.

I've never worked with a recruiter rude and disrespectful like Yolanda she's acts like she doing you a huge favor or you Begging for a job I get it your here to help people but the companies also need us ...i hate when she calls my phone she talks to you like your a kid and even hangs up the phone on you ask for someone else she don't find work all she do is talk bunch of BS like her self she BS.

I have been working with Prime Staffing for one year. Initially, searching for employment as a nurse was a challenge. I was a new graduate with no experience. Ray Morales and Maria Chinchilla have opened doors into the nursing field for me. With hard work and the guidance of the professionals at Prime Staffing. I am earning a great salary. Most importantly, I have obtained valuable nursing experience for my future endeavors.

I came to NYC to help with COVID-19, first and only travel nursing assignment. Thankfully, I came through Prime Staffing. From my first phone call with the owner, Michael Fazio, I knew they were different. He referred to the "Prime family," and he means that. We had nothing to worry about besides nursing. We were all in a gated hotel, transported via private shuttle, eating prepacked breakfast, wearing full PPE (as we were promised), having virtual psychotherapy visits (paid by Prime) with a licensed NYC therapist, and getting self-care goody bags. We had multiple Prime contacts, so there was always someone immediately accessible for any concerns or questions we had. Jordan Belkin was my main contact, and he quickly became an all-in-one cheerleader, supporter, and protector. I didn't have a single issue in all of my time here that wasn't handled by either Jordan or Michael himself. At a time when many unscrupulous agencies were using and abusing nurses trying to come help, the Prime family was tirelessly taking care of theirs.

I spoke with a recruiter named Yolanda. She was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. It's a wonder to me how she still has a job. She hung up the phone on me and then emailed me the next day as if nothing happened at all. It shines a very negative light on the staffing company as a whole.

Once they placed you somewhere to work they dont care if you like it or not ,if they treating you bad or make you do more than what you supposed to, if you complaint to them they dont even answer your emails, at the end i had to leave the job and stay without a job because they didnt help me find another job ..Not happy at all

I've been working with Haydee Esperanza for 1 year and honestly my experience was better than expected. I was referred to her from a previous co worker after our company lost the contract. Haydee found us employment 2 1/2 weeks later. I've been employed with 2 great companies in the healthcare field and through the agency which I never would've got wiothe agency!

Long story short... Haydee has been great to work with and I recommend her to all job seekers :)

Went to prime staffing right after loosing my job. Got recommended by basically a second in command at an office nextdoor. Spent all morning at this office, friendly staff, and they told me they already contacted a job as was waiting for a reply. Told me to call them at 5pm, when i called they said call back tomorrow. Tomorrow turned into next week. Next week turned into ill call you. Then never heard from them again. When contacting them they hung up twice and a third time it just rangconstantly. Friendly staff but for a staffing agency really didnt do much of their job.

I tell you, we are humans all make mistakes. The agency cant be gudged just by not responding to your email on time or a misplaced resume. I love friendly environment in the office especially Ray Morales team. The pay is great! Never forget to negotiate :) I was given a great opportunity to get true experience and now I am hired by hospital 2 min away from my home. Hey what can be better!? :)

I would be very careful if deciding to use this company for assistance in finding employment. They do not act professional at all. I had a interview with one woman in April and she was very nice and I felt positive they would find me something. Out of nowhere weeks turned into months and I have heard nothing at all. I decide to call back in June and after getting the run around, I found out that the lady I had once spoken to, was no longer there and I ended up speaking to a man who was not too professional over the phone. He asked for my resume which seemed odd because it should have been on file from the previous time. I emailed him another one and I have yet to hear back. I understand you have a job to do, so do it. I am sick of these places pretending to want to help and not even being polite enough to call or email back to inform me of what is going on. It is hard out here to find a job/career, and it does not help having rude unprofessional workers who do not care about assisting others.

I have been working with Prime Staffing for 6 years and all I can say is that this is the best recruiting agency. When I initially joined the agency I was having a hard time finding a job I was desperate and didn't know what to do. After months of searching I came across their information online, I called and the next day I was scheduled for an interview. In less than two weeks I was working for a well known health insurance company, the pay was great and it was a descent job with great hours.

Throughout the years Prime Staffing has become my second home the staff are welcoming, they have strong work ethics, they are very professional and take their work seriously. I enjoyed not only working for them but also visiting and to get a little eye candy from looking at the Director of Operations Ray Morales whom was always helpful to me and the people that I have referred. I have the up most respect for him because not only is he running a company but he is making sure that he finds you a job that accommodates your needs and pays you well. All the staff are very nice like Maria, Chantal, Joe, Stephanie and the rest of the Prime Staffing team.

I honestly feel that if you have a bad experience with Prime it might be because you lack the things that they look for such as professionalism, Education, training and most important personality and presentation.

Because of Prime I have gained knowledge, I have developed in my professional career and education. My resume is filled with skills and work experiences which has helped me find a career in the corporate world. Because of Prime I am the woman that I am today and I will always be grateful for the services that they have provided me with.

I was in contact with a senior recruiter, Yolanda, and she was extremely unprofessional. How can she be a senior recruiter for healthcare and not understand pharmacy residency programs and their education. She was disrespectful and extremely rude. Highly do NOT recommend this staffing company.

Prime Staffing is the absolute worst staffing agency. The receptionist lost my paperwork twice, the recruiter was more worried about my shoes than my credentials, and my paycheck has been incorrect four times. This company is horrible.

Natalie Ardizzoni was my recruiter and she was amazing to work with! I can't say enough great things about her and this company. She is super easy to talk to and walked me through this entire process.

I find it a shame that someone had perceived problems with Prime Staffing. I have received work assignments from them and found the services and people to be professional, caring and compassionate.

It was actually Ray Morales who assisted me in initially finding a job that I totally enjoy. I have learned much and am thankful each day to get up for work. I find that it is easy to criticize any person or group but the greatest integrity revolves around reaching out and being professional and persistent in obtaining employment. Prime will listen. Make a phone call. Speak with the recruiters. They will help! I have gone to other agencies and found their total indifference and lack of enthusiasm to be a hindrance in pursuing one's employment opportunities.

Terrible experience with this recruiter called Yolanda. She was not only condescending and rude but she had me doubting myself and my work skills to a point where She was setting me up for jobs paying way low, suitable for an inexperienced worker. I can not begin to tell you the effect this lady had on my self esteem during the very short period of time I dealt with her. I could go on in depth but I refuse to let this negative experience bring me down again. As soon as cut her off (professionally of course) I immediately interviewed and landed a new job, with a high compensation rate. My new recruiter was amazing and gave me the confidence I needed to land the job! I feel so sorry for anyone who has deal with this these unprofessional recruiters! It just a waste of time and just mean.

I came there eager to began working I completed all the documents they wanted, then was told to wait they would get back to me. Its been over 2 months and nobody reached out or helped me get a job. Every time I text for a update I get no reply and when I call I get told be patient they cant do anything smh WORST PLACE EVER

The people are nice enough but the daily workings of this agency are the worst. There was a discrepancy with checks at least once a month. The aggravation was not worth it I had to leave this agency

Yolanda = H O R R I B L E recruiter! She did assist with employment opportunities but was very unprofessional at times. She would down talk other candidates (which made me think, she probably says the same about me to other candidates). She won't say the persons name but she would mention how they responded. Which is not needed. She would yell to other co-workers while on the phone with me. She would send you and email to reach out to her and when you do, she would say "what happened", like you're bothering her. I would rather deal with any other recruiter at Prime Staffing!

My Experience with Prime Staffing horrible especially Frank aka Uncle Tom the director he is arrogant . He doesnt know how talk to people so i reported the company to Labor department to let them know im very serious.
