One of the largest international bank chain in Nepal. Situated at Baneshwor, it is considered to be convinient for people of surrounding areas. Try opting for early banking hours, it is likely that the bank gets overcrowded during the noon time. Also, I think the bank has the reputation for secure banking!

Whoever had given 5 stars must be company employees,; 1.this bank being INTERNATIONAL COMPANY has worst online/mobile banking. No e-wallet, doesn't support mobile bank transfer from other bank.,2. Bad customer service. 3. No Time Convenience..

Worst bank ever. What a shame it's SO CALLED INTERNATIONAL COMPANY .

The bank is the main branch of Standard Chartered Bank in Kathamndu. The ATM works 24*7 here. The Standard Chartered team surely satisfies its clients

first of all i have never seen such lazy people working in other banks..A simple deposit takes 1hr of waiting time in normal crowd. moreover there are 7 counter and hardly 3 operates at a time. Staffs are walking here and there, chitchatting when people are waiting, this is ridiculous ans unacceptable!

One of the best bank in Nepal. Prompt service and supportive staff. Foreign exchange service with reasonable service charge. Housing loan vehicle loan and deposit service are available. Debit and credit cards are available for all customers on demand.

Used to visit this bank to withdraw balance from my mastercard.

Actually , I m out of country but I want to open my account in your bank, what s the process?

Bank that closes by 2pm doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Ans yes their ATM machine never works.

I wish I could give zero star. Worst customer service I had so far. As, I m an international student, my parents help me to pay fee from overseas. My parents had to go to bank 3 days in a row, I had to make an international call twice, was constantly in line with my parents but still the work was undone after giving every required documents. At first they mention they cannot transfer money to my account though it is for educational purpose. Later they came up with another procedure mentioning they can only transfer the fee to the university. After forwarding every required documents, emails from my university they still can t do it. It is insane. I Can t risk to fail my semester and lose my visa just because you people don t do your work properly. Jeopardise with my career rer. It s a shame to Standard Chartered as a whole.

Yo bank ko branch haru dherai kam xa kathmandu ma ... katai katai matra hunxa yo bank ko branch haru ... but yaha ni hunxa yasko atm kaile bigreko hundaina..so good job in that matter standard chartered bank. And facilities and services are also very good. So that's nice
