I have a history with Staff Solve going back to 2012. Estela Cepeda goes out of her way to give you that one on one personal attention every time I call. She has the right attitude in this crazy pandemic, and she has really gone out of her way to help me get back in to the job market.

I have personally enjoyed the professionalism of their entire staff as well as their hands on approach to meeting my needs. They are extremely courteous, and they have done a great job of matching my skills with viable companies. I highly recommend Staff Solve to help meet your needs whether as an employee or an employer.

Find a different staffing agency to work with if you can. The lack of communication is unreal. I called a few days after my interview to check back with the recruiter like she had asked me to do. I called and asked for her, and I was put on hold. After 5 minutes I figured she was trying to avoid me especially since the receptionist never came back. I stayed on the line for 10 minutes so that I could determine that is indeed what was going on, and to justify the 1 star review. Not a good company. I will never recommend anyone to work with them. Thanks for your lack of professionalism, Haley and Veronica.

WOW FACTOR!! That s what you get when you work with Connie at Staff Solve! She is such a sweet person and what you see is what you get. REAL!! I had such a great experience from the receptionist, to working with Connie, and the interview. I will be recommending her out for sure!! So blessed by her and the whole experience. Thank you for helping find the best opportunity for me!!!

Veronica is a real piece of work I called a couple times and she gives me the run around on everything I asked I was told to call via ziprecruiter email and she said that I was supposed to be contacted by one of theirs real unprofessional agency

Connie is very nice and professional!! I highly recommend Staff Solve and ask for Connie, She definitely the best. Thanks to Connie I have the job I was always looking for.

If the world had more people like Estela Cepeda...what a beautiful world it would be. She really does care, she's one of a kind. May God always bless her.
