This is annoying when I ask what job they would give "Banking Specialist". More on computer and no telephone call. Pero jusko day !!! You can stress because the call center is failing you. The staff is still angry here. We can help you well, get started and what else to say. Bulok kayo !!!!!!!

If there's a negative star then I give it negative star. Almost of the staff are feeling like a boss they are very strict especially Mr. Fred he is very concieted. Instead of treat the applicants nice and encourage them, but the way is opposite. He was still gives a reason to fear those who apply. Its ok to interview a bloody english, but to treat the applicant in a rugged way? very wrong! Who do you think you are?!

I applied here 2 years ago. It was also Mr. Fred who interviewed me and yes, he was strict especially during the interview. I failed my first referral so I came back and he happily accomodated and endorsed me to another company. I did not accept the JO due to a better offer but I admire how he was willing to help me find a job.

I passed their computer/online exams, and filled out the green form for client endorsement. The client name was disclosed to me and was supposed to be contacted by Cess, my recruiter from Staff Alliance, but did not get a reponse during the agreed timeframe. I notified her but still never heard back. I dressed up nicely for the occassion, answered all her screening questions, took the time to visit the building, spent time on travel, fixiny myself to be presentable etc. Recruiters like her should learn more on understanding that the whole process is draining - emotionally, physically and it costs the candidates as well so hearing back from them with a YES or a NO is transparency and living up to your role as a helping hand to job seekers like myself. This is second of my worst job hunting experience. The first one was a phone interview with a different head hunter who asked me if I have a disability and then eventually disconnected the call when I was speaking about my work experiences. Di sguro naintindihan ang English ko at dumugo ang ilong. O my gas talaga. Sayang binabayad ng kumpanya sa mga katulad nila. The words will go out about these recruiters who represent the brand, the name of the company.

The staff's are not approachable and not people or...

The staff's are not approachable and not people oriented! They don't even consider someone's explanation, especially MR. FRED. He don't listen to any applicant's concern. He is not friendly and very strict! I won't recommend this company to any of my friends anymore! I even thought that this company can help my friends find a job but NOT!
