I ordered the "build on" brick mug, which looked like a really cool gift for my college-age nephews. It's basically a very hard plastic (well built) mug with lego on the outside so you can "build" your own designs. I ordered 2 blue mugs & the cart had the price for them & I tried to use my coupon (couldn't figure out where). When I paid, my receipt said "thank you for 4 blue mugs." I called & asked to refund the extra amount for the 2 mugs I didn't want (or order) and to apply the coupon code I wasn't able to find in the check-out area. I was told that since the order was "in process" I couldn't be refunded OR use the coupon. When I received my mugs, I received 4 black mugs. I went back and forth with customer service for a few days & was given a postage-paid return. It took me about a week or 2 to get this in the mail, which brought us up to about early to mid-April. I needed to contact customer service again in early May since I had not yet received my refund. From that point until today was 11 days to receive the refund I was supposed to receive over a month ago. Good product, horrible follow-up. I haven't decided yet whether I will order from them again. I am guessing that it is an online "storefront" with many vendors... I hope others don't have the same experience.

I received a damage product that I purchase through the show The Real and I am unable to get an exchange or a refund. I will no longer order through this show or stackcommerce.

Refunded me on return but charged me $23.00 for return charge. No worth the risk of liking or not liking the product.

I purchased a Software License and within 1 day found that the Software was not applicable to me as I assumed. Not StackCommerce's fault. However, I was gutted to find out that they have a no-refund policy on Software Licenses and the best they could offer me was a StackCommerce Credit for the Amount of the Purchase of $350. Now I am stuck having to spend $350 on random stuff in the SC Inventory, hoping I can find something that would make me happy. What a waste of money for me. They should have the "ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!" Warning Header posted on these Products, but I guess with that they would make less Sales.

Extremely shady business practices. Worst I've ever encountered for an online seller. You'd be very well advised to avoid this company at all costs. Don't say you weren't warned. UPDATE: I've added back one star since they finally refunded a recent purchase (that I had been requesting for weeks). I believe it only happened as a result of leaving this review... which isn't ideal, but sometimes you have to shout to be heard. With the refund, I also received an email from StackCommerce asking to discuss the issue. I emailed a reply right away. I never heard back. For what it's worth, the transaction I'm referring to here was only one of the multiple horrendous experiences I've had with this company.

If you order something from them, be aware they are just the middlemen. They have no control, positive or negative, over your order or the shipment. Do not buy gifts from them, do not buy something that you need to receive in a certain amount of time, do not count on their ETAs or other dates. They work through low cost suppliers and shippers so the savings might be worth it to you, but just be aware of the consequences.
