Sales services was great. They answered every time...

Sales services was great. They answered every time and got us set up quickly, but when I called in with an issue I couldn't get ahold of support. I've tried email. I've tried calling sales and having them transfer me (My call gets dropped in the transfer every time.) I've called support directly and left message but never hear back. I've been trying for almost 3 months.
After Stack's response to the above I was hopeful that I would finally get a contacted by someone who could help but unfortunately it has been over a week and I have not received any communication.
