Dr Jemelka of Caritas Women s Health is a wonderfully skilled and compassionate doctor. She takes the time to truly diagnose an issue and come up with a solution that fits each person. She has empathy for when her patients are in pain. This location is a 20-25 minute drive for me if traffic is not too bad, but it is worth the drive to have care like this.

ER doctor was terrible as well as the nurses . Never examed me. He walked in said doing some test and left. When asking for help from nurses, they do basically nothing. I'm visiting this state and compared to the hospitals in my state, this location is garbage. Was given NO lunch or dinner OR EVEN WATER. A day after in ER, a different doctor came and just wanted to do more test and left. I asked him to get me water, at least he had enough common sense to give it to me. In my state, the first thing nurses and doctors do is ask how you are and ask if you need anything. What a terrible hospital I was admitted to. I have medical and legal knowledge/background. When I finally got fed up and showed my knowledge then they treated me like an actual patient. I WILL report this location.

I believe her name is Mary Lou working in ICU, just was on a phone call with her and she made a comment about a patient with her coworker after i called to check if the patient received her things after i dropped them of half an hour ago or so. If you are not going to care about a patient that s under your watch, you should not be working in a medical setting. I don t know what you do, but also your coworker there too, are wrong for making a comment like that. If you can t do your job right then leave and let someone else who actually cares about the patients do it. I guess gossiping is better than working.

ER Physician Dr. Stone treated me and I was diagnosed with the virus on 1/23/2021. I initially went because I was feeling sluggish and lost taste/smell. The entire staff from the ER clerical staff to, radiology, nursing staff, everyone treated me with kindness & concern when I felt inside like a Leper and outcast. I returned on 1/25/2021 having an anxiety & again my treating physician was Dr. Stone. Dr. Stone assured me I wasn't a bother & it was their job as healthcare professionals to take care of me and to return again if I deemed it medically necessary. Again, everyone didn't treat me like an outcast because I tested positive for the virus. I kept apologizing for panicking and i tried to hide my face from everyone but the staff treated me with much dignity & respect. I will forever be grateful especially to Dr. Stone for her loving kindness. This is a big difference from the Asian male ER Physician I encountered 2/28/2020.

My daughter was born on Sep 3th at CHI St.Luke Sugar Land, and we had such a great experience there. The staff are inspiring, and some nurses such as Kiran, Margreth, and Elizabeth go above and beyond their job.
Also, I would lo thank Mrs. Lisa, the delivery department manager for being a professorial and understanding person. The only thing we did not like was the bed because my wife did not feel comfortable.

Also, I would like to shout out to the cleaning crew because the Hospital is amazingly clean.

Thank You CHI St.Luke

Everyone was very nice. The place was spotlessly clean.
They did not do a very good job managing the covid vaccination program. Many people, all over 65, waited in line for hours to get their shot. By 3:00 or so they had only managed to give 120 shots to this group. They only had two people giving shots. My former employer could give better than 100 shots in an hour with only two people giving shots and 1 handling the paper. St. Lukes rates low on planning, organization, and management. And it ranks Very low, bottom of the barrel, on recognizing that it had a problem and fixing it
