St. Juste Management Corporation Review

Terrible management issues with BK locations. Ghetto employees and management. The people want their Burger King food, but not this crap. Cold food. Disgusting.

If I could put -0 I would. It took the cashier more than 6 minutes to look our way and she just turned and avoided us until she was done with the previous order. She was just standing in front of the burger slide thing instead of taking our order. Place was filthy. Floors, tables and seats were sticky. Trash on tables, ALL tables needed to be wiped down, floor was sticky and looked like it hadn't been mopped in a long while. Soda dispensers labels were faded and scratched off. Hamburger buns were burnt, lettuce was old, chicken in my sandwich felt raw. Trash cans were full of trash and had dried ketchup on the outside. Ketchup dispenser was open, empty and disgusting. Employees walking past it and not filling it or cleaning it up. There was a hole in the wall behind us that was patched up poorly - wasn't even the same color as the wall. One of the male employees was walking around without a hairnet or hat - had glasses and looked like he needed a hair cut walk back to the kitchen. I worked for location #2714 for almost a year , good and dedicated to my job with the best management and team unfortunately I left the location. It's been 6 months and I'm still waiting for the new general manager of this location to fax my apartment complex a paper simply saying I no longer work there , but they always have an excuse first he was busy then the internet was down . Just excuse after excuse , well this location has blocked my # and wen I go to the location in person it's either the general manager is not there or internet is down ?? Since then my rent has gone up $300 for the simple fact they can't do their job. Never again will i work for Burger King.

Whoever is running Burger King here in San Antonio is doing a poor job!!! The BK on New Braunsfels and Southcross is nasty, stinky, understaffed and always short on some doggone product!! And the management on the second shift likes to make problems and have large crowds wait for food because she's stealing money from the register!! People are always waiting 15-30 minutes for one friggin burger!!! Man this is ridiculous!!! They give away the wrong damn food!! They don't wear hairnets and have the young women with all of this long hair just swinging hair everywhere!! People are out of uniform, unprofessional, the lobby is filthy, playground is always CLOSED, the restrooms are horrendously unsanitary!!!!!!!!!!!! BURGER KING YOU NEED TO CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!! People are calling you all in!!!!!!!! This is the dirtiest restaurant of BK I've ever been to! Stealing money from customers, undercooked food, no product, no playground access.......HORRIBLE!!

Whats happen to Burger King Restaurants?
The buildings are falling apart the staff doesn't care. I have been to three locations in San Antonio and it amazes me the lack of all around presence from management and the staff. Just close the doors, we will understand.
Why is the food so sloppy? Each restaurant has its own issues.
And not one employee smiles.

This is the most disgusting BK ever. All of their San Antonio stores have a bunch drunk. And drugged young kids working for them. They are disgusting dirty. They lie about who managers are.. They are being turned into the San Antonio Police dept.

Man, this was the best BK i have ever ate at! Oh...not so much. In fact, there isn't a BK anywhere near here. lol
