Whats happen to Burger King Restaurants?

Whats happen to Burger King Restaurants?
The buildings are falling apart the staff doesn't care. I have been to three locations in San Antonio and it amazes me the lack of all around presence from management and the staff. Just close the doors, we will understand.
Why is the food so sloppy? Each restaurant has its own issues.
And not one employee smiles.
