Arrived at 3 pm for blood test on Wednesday . Very pleasant lady took the samples and I was out at 3.10 pm. Was phoned by my GP surgery with results at 10 am on Friday. First class all service.

This is a prime example of what s wrong with the NHS. Poor service, inadequate staff, unorganized, very dated and depressing. Not all NHS facilities are like this but unfortunately that s the post code lottery.

I ve been there several times and can tell you that it s best to get there at 8:00 am if you re going for a blood test. If you get there after 9:00 am you ll have to wait a very long time. I waited one hour, 45 minutes when I went in the morning. On Fridays it s kind of a free for all where they take patients who didn t take a number first which seems terribly unfair for those of us who followed the rules and take a number and wait.

My biggest issue is with the experience and skill of the phlebotomists. They re rubbish and one should be fired immediately as she is endangering patients with her lack of skill. Look at my arm (see the photos) and you ll see that she clearly screwed up and caused a massive painful bruise immediately after my blood test. That s never happened to me before and I ve been blood test regularly in different areas of the UK and even other countries so this says a lot.

My forearm immediately became extremely painful as if it was sprained right after the test. No one should leave a blood test like. I couldn t carry anything with that arm for three days because of the pain and I m not old and weight train. That s how bad it was.

Never going there again. Will go out of my way to get my blood taken elsewhere.

I have been here for blood tests, diabetic therapy sessions and yearly diabetic tests. I was always treated with respect and professionalism.
The waiting time has been reasonable and I prefer coming here than any
of the hospitals that sometimes I am assigned to visit.
Buses stop conveniently outside on both sides of the street, and there are
many which connect in Clapham Junction, so travelling here is simple.
Never overcrowded, but fairly full.

Very poor service over the phone, was in the middle of speaking to someone after trying for the whole day because they apparently went on break and is late back. Finally got through and they lady seemed unbothered, I assume she's cut the phone because she was talking over me. Called back straight away and was told they
Theyre close even though it shows 4:30 online. Poor poor and rude

Receptionist should sacked frankly! I have been trying to follow up an appointment for the past week and I have never been able to get through! Every time I ring doesn't matter what time it is it rings out. Then they just picked up and hung up on me now! Disgraceful.

Went to this centre for the first time today. Talk about unhelpful. Possibly a great place if you know the systems but they let you hang if you don t. There are two receptions. One as you enter, just in front of you, and one behind you to the right. So I went to the one straight ahead, said I was in for an x-ray. I was told I needed the other reception. So I went there. It comprises of three receptionist. At this point there were only 2. Only to be told that the x-ray department as not opening until 9. ( it was 8.50 ). Fair enough. So I sat down. Then I spotted a gentleman come in and take a numbered card from the reception desk. So I went up to the desk and saw that there was a card dispenser for the x-ray department. NEITHER RECEPTION SAW IT FIT TO EXPLAIN TO ME I WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE A CARD FOR MY TURN. It takes very little to be helpful. I said to the second receptionist who had told me it didn t open until 9 o clock that it would have been helpful if sha had explained that to me. She said that it wasn t her job she didn t work for the x-ray department. SHE SITS IN THE CHAIR NEXT TO THE X-RAY DEPARTMENT RECEPTIONIST AND THERE IS NO WALL/DEVIDER BETWEEN THEM. SHAMEFUL. The writing on the card dispenser is minuscule and not obvious. The number are big, but if the instructions are so small no one can read them what s the point in having ledgeble numbers?

Very clean therapy centre with excellent professional staff. I ve received superb care from renal (Dr Jones), physio therapy after an accident and blood test dept. My only criticism is very slight but concerns the admin staff who could do with a stint in charm school and the inefficient telephone service. But that s the NHS for you: wonderful carers, nurses, doctors etc. Miserable receptionists.

Very happy with the results after attending physiotherapy treatment during the past four months. The pain that I have suffered for nearly three years is nearly gone and my quality of life has dramatically improved. No more need for painkillers! A big thank you to Kate!

Totally disappointed at the 2 ladies running the blood test clinc today by the lack of organization and focus they portrayed especially the lady taking care of children sits and relax after every child when all children gone decided after a while to help out goes to start at the wrong number putting order into disarray, showing favouritism calling people way back in no. bcos she knows them. This is why people like us will complain bcos during the times of the polish lady that worked in the blood clinic it was perfectly organised and no ques formed bcos of flow. What do we have a no. system for if you will be calling outside it. No l wasn't impressed at all l had to leave bcos l didn't know how long else it would be.

I have attended the centre many times in the past. I went to the centre for a blood test on 10 September. My GP should have rang me with the results on the following Thursday. She rang me only to tell me that there had been a problem, test didn't work as my blood sample was too old! what nonsense! how could this happen? 2 weeks later I still had a bruise from the heavy handed touch of the (male) nurse who took the sample.
I have booked an appointment with my practice nurse due tomorrow, so I have lost 2 weeks. My medication following heart surgery depends on the results of the blood test! so I am not very happy.

Extremely disappointed. I went there in April as a walk-in patient in my lunch break for a blood test. It was something my GP requested with urgency as I had a condition where an early diagnosis was needed. I specifically asked to the nurse if the blood test result would be send to my surhery, she said that they would have done it, so I left to her the address and name of my GP practise.
So, as a conclusion, those results never got to my GP practise, I had to call personally many times and every time they addressed me to the lab, then reception, then another person, etc. And no one knew anything.
I asked my GP practise to call them and after few attempts they got to talk to someone who said my results would have been delivered.
Well, today my GP practise haven't received those result yet.
That all was a waste of time for me, plus the fact that I couldn't get a decent service and waste additional time I'm calling them and calling my practise....to get to nothing.
If you don't send the results to patients, please, don't allow walkin-in patient to access to your service. It's better to say "go elsewhere as here we are not able to send the results to practises that are not connected with our centre".
And you guys are just one example of how the UK NHS service is completely screwed.

It is a great community resource, really helpful staff but impossible to find information on line abouit routine services, blood test, xrays -please address this issue so we do not have to phone the centre.

1 star because it is so badly organized, especially during a pandemic. People sitting too close together, the whole place was absolutely packed with people. No proper ventilation. Had to search for ticket machine, number display not working. It looked dirty, cleaner wasn't wearing mask properly.
I did not feel safe and left.
If this isn't a hotbed for Covid then I don't know.
