Thank you to your team members who have decided to come into my room today and leave it as a tip. Next time you move my bed or whatever it is PUT IT BACK IN THE PLACE... i dont expect to walk in from college and see things being moved around or even have black finger marks.

If your going to move things around please put them in another room, not throw everything to one side of my room. Because you cant be arsed to put it back...

We requested another bin from St Helens Council for medical waste all dealt with very efficiently the request was granted and the bin would be delivered on the 14thOct 2020. It was at this point the Keystone cops took over, they delivered a brand new brown bin with a red lid to the wrong address, but then spent 30 minutes taking the red lid of the new bin and swapping it with the lid of the existing brown bin. We cannot fathom any reason for doing this as both bins are brown with 1 red lid and 1 brown lid. The bin is still at the wrong house, we informed the council of this. They duly collected a black recycling bin from that house and dropped that at our house. We dont need another recycling bin but the other house wants theres back. Meanwhile the medical waste is piling up at our house because we still havent got a bin to put it in. Rang countless times either no answer, promises to ring back that never materialise. Eventually losing patience with them we told them we are putting a complaint in. To which the contact centre informed us that they cannot do anything now as we have put a complaint in and they have 10 days to sort it out.
Just deliver a new bin to the right address as you have already agreed and this problem goes away.
Useless.

The bin men broke my bin and I've been waiting for 6 weeks to have it replaced. I called the council's reception and spoke to an advisor who had absolutely zero people skills. The day that the bin was supposed to be fixed suprise suprise nobody turned up despite me ringing the witch back in the morning and confirming that they will be fixing it today.

It's a terrible home town to have. The council are dreadful at carrying out standard jobs such as fly tip clearing -even when it's an obstruction. The attendants in the car parks cannot be bothered, particularly Tontine I waited over half an hour after a problem with the machine, nobody turned up, despite them saying they would. Apparently they were havin a brew in St Marys and it was raining so they didnt bother, the attendant who was on his phone, thought it was funny but did let me off the money. My alley gate has been broken for 2 years plus, they were told again and again, they came and removed the lock barrel! Unbelievable.
It is so disappointing coming home after being elsewhere in the UK.
