The bin men broke my bin and I've been waiting for 6 weeks to have it replaced. I called the council's reception and spoke to an advisor who had absolutely zero people skills. The day that the bin was supposed to be fixed suprise suprise nobody turned up despite me ringing the witch back in the morning and confirming that they will be fixing it today.
