The head doctor, Dr.Saad said he will deal with patient himself but he simply handed over patient to junior doctor. This junior doctor
(Dr. Muhammad Faheem Ashraf Khan of PKLI/Saira Memorial Hospital) gave medicine which caused the patient to almost suffer a heart attack. When the patient complained about this, the response was "it is no big deal". So there is no concept of medical negligence in this clinic. The guard and nurses of clinic were complaining to patient that there was no heater present in very cold winter despite the heavy earnings of the clinic. They would simply come into the patient's room to warm themselves.
There is one doctor, Dr.Nabeel who has good reputation, and who behaved with patient in civilised manner. If you want treatment in this clinic ask for him.
