Had a great experience here- as far as hospitals go ya know. The very professional (and cute to boot) Dr. Thompson made sure I was well taken care of. In addition to the nicest radiology technician who helped with my head scans, Ms. White, made me comfortable.

It's taken them 5 days to finally get around to agreeing to do the test I was sent here for to begin with. It's almost like they are trying to pad the bill and as for the staff in general,. AMH in Paragould has them beat hands down!!!

Brought my daughter to a appointment with me that I had scheduled for over a month, only to be told that they don t allow kids. I drove over 2 hours for this appointment also. The only exception that was offered to me was a telephone appointment, scheduled for the same day !! Now my 3 year old is asking are they going to let her in everywhere we go ! Do not recommend!

This place is just ok for the most part. I will say that the surgical doctors are on point and know exactly what they are doing. In addition, there are some good nurses there, my nurses were a Pilipino lady and an African lady. Both were nice, helpful and attended to my needs. I will say that the CNAs /techs can be lazy an refuse to help you if you if they want. I was refused care by some of the techs. I don't want to discourage anyone from attending this place if care is needed, just make sure your on top of your care and you have family with you or a friend. The food is alright, and they do have a gift shop as well, still have to follow covid guidelines. Those with the worst pain is seen first, for instance when I broke my right lower ankle, I was seen quicker than anyone else in the waiting room. I was admitted into surgery in about 2hours, but waited in the waiting room for about 30-40 minutes.

I am a former employee, who has recently moved to Texas. I called St. Bernards education department, spoke with a lady named Marsha and another lady named Tina. They truly went above and beyond to get some information. I was very thankful and impressed with their willingness to help a former employee. Would definitely work here again.

First off, my pcp recommended i go to the ER to get checked out. They let me sit in the main waiting area for 4 hours before taking me back to another waiting room for lab work, where I waited for another hour and the nurse never came to do the lab work. Finally got taken back to a room where they finally took labs and let me wait 2 and a half more hours to tell me there was nothing they could do there, I would have to go to my doctor. So basically, 7 and a half hours of sitting there for no answers. Very disappointing.
