To start this off, i want to say the nurses were amazing. They are the reason I am giving this place a star at all. The doctor deserves zero stars, however. Dr. Tony Gabrielson told me that I was not worthy of being there all because my symptoms have lasted over a month, and had only recently gotten worse. Then when I tried to put a complaint on him this morning, no one would answer the phone. Please go somewhere else if you want your pain to feel validated.

I went to the hospital on nov 30th because I had horrible pain under my right rib. I waited three hours just to be seen and all I got was an X-ray and a shot and sent home with steroids that didn t even work. Told them not to send my payments thru to insurance because I don t have any even said it multiple times that I don t. Four weeks go by I don t have anything in the mail so I call and I was told by the nurse oh well we sent it thru to blue cross and blue shield it is now January 5th and I got my first bill from the actual hospital it self I called to see about something to help pay because I don t make enough no one answers me so I wait and call back again same thing. January 12th rolls around and I get a bill from the physician that I own a certain amount of money next week. A whole week later like that isn t possible unless I cut my arm and leg off. So I have been calling and calling leaving messages and I have gotten nothing I have records of me calling. In January 23rd I finally ask one more time to speak to a supervisor or someone high up to help me and the lady who picked the phone up actually refused me to speak to them and I was so upset I went to the hospital the next day and told the head nurse what was going on. She didn t even care and just sent me over to the billing department so they could give me an application to help me pay my bills and that was it. The way they handled this was just wrong with me leaving messages since beginning of December until January 24th for someone to contact me and I have had no one call me it wrong and when I want to speak to someone to get everything situated and being treated like trash and oh she is just a young girl looking for attention basically but I am not I am still in pain and it is like no one wants to help me at all here.

I have never been pleased enough with the care we received Friday night Aug 6th At Dale Medical center when we arrived there were just a few waiting . As we waited several Ems came in so our wait was a little longer but once we were called to the back they were very tentative I have to say The triage tech our Nurse Vincent was awesome down to the lab tech they came in and was awesome then Dr Gabrielson came in and that made the night even better I feel the future of Dale medical center is looking up as long as you have nurse Vincent and Dr Gabrielson and the triage tech and medical assistant running the care of your patients it was a 5 plus star for us Thank you for allowing them to do such an awesome job.

I have been at this hospitals waiting room for more than 4 hours, and when I came for a tooth ache yesterday morning because it's been a crazy 2 days doctor TERRY DAY, told me to rob, beg, borrow, or steal if I had to to get my tooth removed but I was not to come back for my tooth....how do you say this to a patient? I got hit yesterday by a car while driving my car and I've literally been waiting going on 5 hours but someone was seen in 5 min for puking and got sent out fast

I have nothing bur respect and understanding for the Pharmacy at Dale Medical center.

My S-I-L from SC had a tear develop in his urine catheter while visiting us.

I contacted Dale Medical Center to ask if they could sell me a urine collection bag if I were not a patient in the hospital.

I was immediately told I could purchase the urine bag and told how to get it from the ER area.

Everything was as I was told on the phone. I entered the ER and was handed the urine bag.

This was on a Saturday morning.

I was treated with utmost politeness and respect on the phone and in person. Overall, the professionalism and empathy for my S-I-L's problem can not be touched, much beaten.

Great concern and professional performance.
