Probably the worst corporate material distributor in the country. Garbage customer service. Some companies get to big and are able to treat there customers how ever they please. You could probably have better luck doing business with the mob. Don t waste your time

CUSTOMER BEWARE - CONTRACTOR BEWARE!

Never assume anyone in this organization knows what they are doing. You will have to be involved in every step of the process. Too many issues to list but I will try and recap my experience regarding my kitchen remodel.
1. They delivered wrong product (NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT NUMEROUS TIMES).
2. They do not inspect like they say they do to make sure your order is correct before shipping.
3. They rely on you to provide them with what is still on back-order.
4. They do not equip the driver with tools to unload product or someone to help.
5. Dealt with three people because of high turnover and everyone blaming each other.
6. Was told my order was not the only one that was messed up.
7. We specifically came into the store to finalize everything and verify they measured correctly and were assured it was, but it was not.
8. Was told trim would be exact color to later find out that color was discontinued.
9. Was told butcher block would be in around May 1st, but because of COVID our order was cancelled even with a 50% deposit. No-one called us to let us know.
10. They didn t measure the butcher block accurately and it was 2 short of our original discussion.
11. Had to pay for extra cabinet ordered in error.
12. Door at showroom was not the same door that was delivered which caused us to have to order 12 additional doors.
13. Had to order additional trim because their measurements were not accurate.
14. They ordered the wrong color trim.
15. They delivered the wrong trim.
16. The wrong door handle size was ordered.
17. Driver shows up with an unexpected C.O.D.
18. All of these mistakes and more cost the customer more money. BAIT and SWITCH?

This project cost much more than I budgeted for not to mention the extra time I had to pay the contractor. A project that was supposed take 1 week max, took 6 weeks because of their delays and error after error.

THE ICING ON THE CAKE! The Branch Manager thought it would be a good idea to make negative comments about me and forward it in an email without knowing I was still on the email string. I complained to the Regional Manager and the Vice President of Operations to only be referred back to dealing with the Branch Manager AGAIN!

Enjoy circling the drain? Great, this is the company for you.

If you choose this company, budget to spend more. You will need it!

Had I not helped you do your job and kept things in order, we would still be dealing with each other. But as you wish, now I will gladly go away after I write the review you so desperately deserved.

Customer service is horrible. Been paying on my account and making steps to pay it off. Try and get a hold of them to discuss paying things off and get some answers. Then they never get back to you.

(Edit: After working through Crown C Supply, I was finally able to get my account straightened out. However, SRS still was not able to return my phone calls or deal with me directly..
I have gone to Crown C Supply for 14 years. I will still continue to go Crown C only because of my loyalty to them. But SRS really has made things difficult in dealings with them.

Dragging their feet on motor vehicle and property damage from an unsecured load on a Midwest Roofing Supply truck now littered across I-70 west just prior to the 15.8 mile marker in Independence, MO. As a single member LLC this severely impacts my ability to produce revenue and unfortunately, Midwest Roofing Supply and their parent company SRS Distribution have become unresponsive and their insurance adjuster can t give me an estimated timeline on when and if the issue will be resolved fully. In fact, the body damage alone will cost more than the truck is worth which will put me in the hole if they total it. Gray Harker told me this was a priority and I ve had to contact him every time. Now completely unresponsive. Sitting down with attorneys, filing a report tomorrow with the DOT, and sitting down with someone from MO Highway Patrol to file any charges that apply. To do that will cost me $579 in lost revenue and $1400 on a commercial job Sunday because the truck is unsafe to drive on the highway.

ZERO!!!! If I could give SRS distribution and their subsidiary, Roofline Supply and Delivery in Fresno, California a zero I would. They parked one of their semi trucks with a hydraulic Crane on my residence driveway. As a result, they cracked the main water line to my house. The water leaked slowly then days later gushed. I had to hire a plumber and we all know how expensive that gets. SRS did not accept responsibility for my claim, therefore, I am forced to file a lawsuit. They parked on my driveway without my knowledge or permission. Driveways are not built to withstand such weight and pressure. Due to their negligence, disregard, and lazy selfishness I am stuck with the bill. I do not recommend this company. Contractors be aware, I checked with my insurance company and my attorneys they say that the primary contractor can be named in the lawsuit.

The worst customer service of any supplier on the market. Killed my grass because they delivered siding ONTO THE FRONT LAWN instead of the driveway like I requested. Multiple calls, emails (even to corporate), and nothing ....

Our repair shop did work for SRS Joplin, Mo. location which operates under the name Midwest Roofing in May of 2018. We had a little trouble getting paid on the repair, but Brandon stepped up and took care of the problem. We thank you for your quick response.
