CUSTOMER BEWARE - CONTRACTOR BEWARE!

Never assume anyone in this organization knows what they are doing. You will have to be involved in every step of the process. Too many issues to list but I will try and recap my experience regarding my kitchen remodel.
1. They delivered wrong product (NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT NUMEROUS TIMES).
2. They do not inspect like they say they do to make sure your order is correct before shipping.
3. They rely on you to provide them with what is still on back-order.
4. They do not equip the driver with tools to unload product or someone to help.
5. Dealt with three people because of high turnover and everyone blaming each other.
6. Was told my order was not the only one that was messed up.
7. We specifically came into the store to finalize everything and verify they measured correctly and were assured it was, but it was not.
8. Was told trim would be exact color to later find out that color was discontinued.
9. Was told butcher block would be in around May 1st, but because of COVID our order was cancelled even with a 50% deposit. No-one called us to let us know.
10. They didn t measure the butcher block accurately and it was 2 short of our original discussion.
11. Had to pay for extra cabinet ordered in error.
12. Door at showroom was not the same door that was delivered which caused us to have to order 12 additional doors.
13. Had to order additional trim because their measurements were not accurate.
14. They ordered the wrong color trim.
15. They delivered the wrong trim.
16. The wrong door handle size was ordered.
17. Driver shows up with an unexpected C.O.D.
18. All of these mistakes and more cost the customer more money. BAIT and SWITCH?

This project cost much more than I budgeted for not to mention the extra time I had to pay the contractor. A project that was supposed take 1 week max, took 6 weeks because of their delays and error after error.

THE ICING ON THE CAKE! The Branch Manager thought it would be a good idea to make negative comments about me and forward it in an email without knowing I was still on the email string. I complained to the Regional Manager and the Vice President of Operations to only be referred back to dealing with the Branch Manager AGAIN!

Enjoy circling the drain? Great, this is the company for you.

If you choose this company, budget to spend more. You will need it!

Had I not helped you do your job and kept things in order, we would still be dealing with each other. But as you wish, now I will gladly go away after I write the review you so desperately deserved.
