We ordered simple jerseys for my daughters soccer team. One small crest and a number. It took EIGHT weeks to receive them. I washed them ONE time and all the threads are pulling and the hems are undone. My experience was not a one off everyone in our league had the same complaints.

Do not waste your time with this company. I ordered a birthday gift for my dad on September 2nd. I got an e-mail on September 23rd that shipping would be delayed until October 8th. When October 12th arrived, I still hadn't heard anything so I called. Next day I got an e-mail saying they were out of stock and could either give me a coupon or refund

Anzhelika was my customer service rep and was awesome! Anzhelika was able to give me an update on my outstanding order and I also had an issue with one of their pieces of clothing and she was able to remedy the situation. It is nice to still have a great customer service.
I created a storefront for my child's small school PTO and placed a "trial" order of $160 worth of 5 different items to see how the quality was. Customer service was great in communicating with the shipping delays and with follow-up after the store set-up. After a month's wait (which was acceptable to me given the supply chain and shipping issues as of late), I was excited to receive my order yesterday. However, every single item has something wrong with it. Whether the printing is "off" - off-center, crooked, at an angle; the logo is printed poorly (you can hardly see it on the infant romper); the shirt sizing is totally off (a ladies XXL is smaller than the youth L); or the quality of the shirt is far from its value (the ladies long-sleeve top). Literally, every single garment is a disappointment. I have closed the store and will not order from them again, unfortunately. You would have thought they would have ensured the first order from a store to the person who created the store for a nonprofit organization would have been done correctly.

very misleading/dishonest about product delivery schedule - would choose to not use this company again. I hope that when I do finally get my order that there aren't any problems with it....time will tell, but at this point I am not optimistic
If you actually want what you pay for than I would choose a different company. This company just takes your money and 4 weeks later still won t ship what you paid for. I would suggest going elsewhere. Your season will be over before your teams get their stuff. Definitely concerned about fraud at this point to be honest.
Anzhelika was extremely helpful and understanding this morning. She and most Squad Locker staff understand something essential....that there is a big-picture impact on a store-owner's organization if there is any sort of issue with the store. That sort of understanding is crucial when it comes to taking care of our needs. It's not just me chatting, but 100 families or more behind me being impacted. That's a lot of pressure, but she accepts it with professionalism and kindness.
