Excellent experience.. lots of fun, very enjoyable. There are plenty of exhibits to see. Be prepared to learn a lot of interesting facts about the history of espionage.

Very cool museum. I wish a had more time to go back and visit. You need at least 2-3 hours.

I came here while on vacation and was astounded by all the exhibits!! I love spy stuff and knew I had to come visit. The International Spy Museum is a must! I recommend booking your tickets online early and allow about 2.5 hours to go through the whole museum. Also the gift shop is pretty awesome.

This was such a cool experience! I would definitely go again if I had the chance.

Entertaining and interactive. Lots to do. It was so fun being a spy and finding clues. Following cdc guidelines 100%. Very nice and helpful staff. You are allowed to have bottled water in the exhibits which is nice since it was so hot out. They have ac on so it's not hot in the exhibits. Will definitely visit again in the future.

So much fun! Plan on 2-3 hours because there is a lot to see. Many interactive exhibits and a spy mission throughout your visit. Learn about the history of espionage, famous (and infamous) spies, and a host of technology. Probably best for older children. Our teenagers loved it.

What a fantastic place!

We visited the museum in summer 2021. As the museum was paid comparing to some other museums in the area, this museum does not disappoint! Since it's newer, it's full of new and unique interactive exhibitions and experiences. If you like technology, science, and cool gadgets, this would be the place for you! The spy and conspiracy aspect of things makes it even more remarkable!

Upon entering the museum, you are getting a card, and you are assigned as an agent/spy. With this card, you can access different interactive games and challenges across the museum. The whole experience is super cool; my 9 and 14 years kids loved it! At the end of our Washington DC trip, they rated this museum as their favorite!

Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours at the museum. The museum store is also super cool, and make sure you dedicate some time and money to it!

Getting there and parking is super easy as there is discounted parking garage next to the museum. The museum is also a walking distance of the National Mall, so you can easily include it in your schedule of visiting other museums.

The entire experience was great but they lacked stations for the 'mission' that guests were supposed to complete. Had to wait almost 20min for one of the stations. Besides that, I loved every bit of the museum. It also has a gift shop with many unique gifts.

The International Spy Museum is a must see if you are visiting or passing though Washington, DC. Yes you do have to pay, but the admission is more than worth it. Get lost in the history of the hidden world of espionage. They have a majority of real spies stories and operations to lean and some pop culture what effects sprinkle in as well. So those who love the movies can learn the inspiration for their favorite spies. And history nerds, like myself, can spend hours getting lost in the knowledge. I forget to mention the amazing museum staff. For such a dark a mysterious world they have a welcoming and pleasing demeanor at all times. Ask them what there agent name is. You even go into the museum and take a roll as a spy! What is that about you may ask? That's top secret, you we'll need to infiltrate the International Spy Museum to find out.

Awesome experience! Well worth the price of admission. Plenty of interactive experiences, a lot of very cool exhibits of actual spy items. Fantastic multimedia presentations with multiple views of complied issues. 10 out of 10... will do again!
