A lot of empty space, not how it used to be, before it was full of plants and garden ideas and furniture. But nevertheless I did buy some quality silk/fake flowers that look really nice. Also home-made jams and pickles selection. Perhaps it's a funny time of year and they're just starting to stock up?

It is a very big site, unusually it has a toy section which will probably attract the younger ones to use pester power.

It is very well set out, with clear arrows marking the way round with sanitiser (COVID secure).

It would be better if the disabled parking spaces were clearly marked as they have faded and are difficult to find as a result (oddly they are nearer the exit than the entrance)

Omg I've been going here since I was. Like 3/4 when it's around Christmas time this place never fails to make it the most magical time of the year with there grottos , seeing the raindeers and even how they decorate it. However, when it's Halloween time, they decorate it so its scary with sound effects to create a good ambiance they have. Good decor and I would love to work here one day.

My group of SEN students were taken to the Christmas grotto at springtime nurseries and the staff there could not have been more helpful or kind towards them! A fantastic time was had by all and they were generally extremely inclusive and considerate which meant that everyone had a really lovely day out! It is our second year in a row visiting the grotto and we will be sure to recommend and visit again!

Admittedly, I go here only at Christmas for the grotto, but I'm only marginally less excited to go than my kids!
Fabulous show and worth a visit. It can get very crowded and the queue to see Santa can result in a wait of over three hours, so get in early, or book ahead!

Went there to see santa. What a charming experience for the little ones. we arrived not long after they opened up and the queue was already nuts so we did have to wait a good hour or so to get on the train for the little north pole ride, but the kids (surprisingly) didn't find the wait too painful. Ride was fun and the guy who played father Christmas was so wonderful with the kids and took his time to chat to them, that even the 3 year old who started off being terrified, eased in and enjoyed the experience. The pace itself offers a fab selection of seasonal goods and gifts, decorations and lights.

How things have changed in a year! Last year I rated this place with 5 stars because of the Halloween display. This year I have deleted that rewiew and replaced it with a 1 star, no thought what so ever, the stock has just been put on the shelf no display.
We have been coming for a number of years and the displays have been getting better and better, but this year is so poor. Not worth the trip to see.

Some nice plants some reasonably price. You have to watch out at the till, sometimes the price on the goods does not match that which comes up on the till. But it was quickly and easily resolved. The car park is a nightmare to find a space at the weekend.

Gave it a 3 star because of parking however once you are able to get a parking space either in springtime or at a neighbouring garden centre and go into the building you will see the large range of different gardening products that they have.

So Cheap

My favroite place to visit. The service is great the facilities are spot on and even better lovely reduced plants/ flowers. You must visit on special occasions like Halloween, Christmas etc excellent theme event's great for all. There is a cafe outside that provides amazing food/ deserts as well as a breakfast that is a killer! the staff are so helpful you will not be disappointed. I can honestly say this is the best cafe in crews hill....

Great Garden centre, with nice seasonal displays. Be careful when visiting in between seasons, as some areas will be empty, awaiting new stock. Car park tiny, but you can park in any of the other garden centres too, no charges.
Website could be better.

Springtime Nurseries Christmas Wonderland was recommended to us by a friend, so we went with out 3 and 5 year old.

Initially the set up was very impressive. It was huge with lots to see and buy with very helpful friendly elves around. Kids loved the ice skating and the lead up to seeing Santa on the train.

However what was most disappointing was Santa himself. He was so grumpy. We had a great family photo with him with every member of our family smiling at the camera.... all except Santa. You would think that one of the most essential criteria for being Santa would be to smile and be cheerful. It was a photo that we had to pay for too...

We were most disappointed with the most exciting part of the trip. Don't be disappointed and go elsewhere!

Went for Christmas Wonderland, can't judge the place at any other time. The Christmas decoration selection was ok but not as good as people made out. Staff were helpful when we needed to ask any questions.

Springtime has really upped it's game over the past few years, the decorations layout etc; are brilliant and all the staff are really approachable and lovely. Have started going here with the family instead of winter wonderland.
