Parking spaces are tight, functional no real effort put into the place. I'll only visit for run up to Christmas, say Oct onwards. Cafe is a cafe.....tea overpriced for sitting in the car park.

Excellent range of plants at really affordable prices- really large succulents that are half the cost of equivalents near where we live in inner London, plus a wide variety of affordable palms and ferns that we'll be heading back for. Really thoughtful help from the staff while we were here too.

Had a fantastic time with the family. The staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing Christmas display. My daughter loved the train ride and meeting father Christmas. The elfs toys tore is huge and it's great your child gets to pick their own toy. Will definitely be coming again.

Review is for December Christmas period as the shop goes through a complete metamorphosis. The Christmas decorations are great a little exspensive you will end up paying 10-20 pound more for lights wreaths and and mostly everything else but at least you can see them and get ideas of your going to shop somewhere else but the visit to Santa is really good there's a small train ride to him and you pick your own present at end which kids really enjoy there's small stalls selling food and warm and cold beverages there's music and animated Christmas animals it's very well done my only gripe is that the snow globe you can get into and fake snow blows everywhere and the snow is made from cut up plastic bags! This is a accident waiting to happen they blow into your mouth and if a child or adult inhales one then you can see the problem this has to change asap just beware and avoid oh and expect to que for around 2/4 hours to visit santa. But definitely check it out.

This business is flouting the lock down regulations!

After staying at home for the last 10 weeks and only leaving home for essential shopping, I decided to venture out to the garden centre. Big mistake! Springtime at Crewes Hill are flouting the lock down restrictions in a shocking way!!

1. The cafe is open (fine & within the law) however instead of only doing take away, they are allowing customers to use their outdoor seating (illegal) and shockingly they are not enforcing any social distancing at all.

2. Non essential shops are open on the Sringtime site (illegal) this included a clothes / gift shop! Totally shocking!!!!

As a senior manager in a care organisation I felt I had no option but to report this to the Police. It just makes a mockery of those if us who have been trying our best to save lives since this pandemic started.

Second wave??? Here it comes!! Shame on you Springtime!!!!!

Love this place, particularly at Christmas time. Lots of beautiful decorations and lights to get you in the festive mood. Lots to seasonally decorate your house, whatever the time of year. A lovely afternoon out.

A disappointing lack of plants and an overwhelming amount of Christmas stuff. A lot of the staff very friendly and helpful but some of the older ladies a bit sullen and rude. Queueing system at tills not marked out properly and very confusing with directions being barked at us! A lot of the staff wearing visors at an angle that made them completely ineffective.

Springtime always put on a great Halloween display and are now offering their items at half price. Thry have a brilliant selection of Christmas decorations and are getting their Santa Grotto ready. Eorth a visit but get there early as parking ,although plenty, does get really busy.

As a dog owner I like to take her wherever I can when I go out and garden centres are normally a fail safe place to go. Not at Springtime though. You are greeted by very prominent red signs telling you that no dogs were allowed. When this happens I ask whether it is possible to carry my dog and I have not once been refused. The guy on the door didn t know so he asked someone who I would say was a senior member of staff. Her reaction was so rude that it shocked me. Clearly they have had some bad experiences with dog owners not behaving responsibly but she was so rude about it. Absolutely awful attitude and I will not be returning, even without my dog. Just to clarify, although I don t like that she wouldn t let me carry my dog I understand that that is their choice, it was the way she spoke and how incredibly rude she was that I am unhappy about. We then went into the adjoining fish shop which also had a sign saying no dogs but they were more than happy for me to carry her.
