Spent a fortune in there for my six hanging baskets and bought verbenas which stated they were blue. They have now come through and they are all pink. Bought trailing petunias in pink and geraniums in red so I wanted blue verbenas to break More

Went with daughter and granddaughter to Christmas shop. Queue for Father Christmad took 1 hour and 15 mins ( on a school day!). I think the train ride might have been shortened because of the length of the queue which was a shame. However, despite all this still worthwhile, the train was good and made little eyes light up, Father Christmas took time to chat to our little girl and there was a decent present at the end. There were also other attractions - all to be paid for - that also made the visit quite magical for little ones.
Took our son here for his 3rd birthday. The train ride to Santa was lovely but being greeted my a Santa who had a neck tattoo and ear piercing was not what expected and certainly isn't the image I want my son to remember of father Christmas. When choosing a toy there was barely anything suitable for our 3 year old & the toys in the pictures on the website were no where to be seen. We then took him on the 'ice rink. Which was awful you couldn't even skate on it there was no iceyness to it at all. Staff bar one elf had no idea what they were doing & were not very friendly. All in all totally gutted that we took him here for his birthday as there was much better things we could of done. Will certainly not visit again.
Never disappointed with them Christmas is a must visit for the family I travel to pick up my grandchildren from cambridge and take them every year always a great visit Thank you Spring time nursery 5 stars from me I'd give you 10 if I could
Shame on Springtime nursery acting like police over facemasks! Do your job, it's not your job to enforce it. If you're into rules so much read the rules!!!
Came today with our family and young grandson. We came last year, booked early for the train ride and to see Santa. Very well organised, very Christmassy and all the staff were very polite and friendly. My grandson loved Santa and the ice skating. Will book for next year. Parking can be a problem, it may be easier to visit during the week. Recommended
Some amazing decorations, at a really good price considering others garden centres. Huge room sectioned into coloured decorations, an outside area with a train and festive stands of food and drink. Beautiful place at Christmas will definitely be going back
Came for the Xmas wonderland. This place is really cute! The Santa train then on to the grotto is very magically for the little ones. The queues is very long prob took us 1hr 15mins to get the to train then the grotto was very quick. The time with Santa wasn t rushed at all. Lack of food options but otherwise really lovely will be returning next year! X
Awesome been going there for 24years my favourite store you will love it especially at Christmas is magical and for the children it's winter wonderland.
Simply one of the best garden centres I've ever been too, and very large but not so large you can't get round it.
Full of everything you could ever want and come Christmas time it transforms into a special magical land with amazing decorations, a visiting father Christmas, loads of Christmas trees, and a wonderland, and being set in Crews Hill there are loads of people dashing around with a happy atmosphere that's adds to the magic.
I also can't wait for spring for some new garden magic!
Went to the grotto which is great but the queues and wait time could have been managed better. Worth it for the kids especially around Xmas time. Would recommend.
Always friendly and helpful Great good quality products and prices that won t break the bank We travel far to come here and never leave empty handed Great place *****
Last year (2018) this place was heaving, we could hardly get anywhere for all the bodies and it had such a great atmosphere. But this year, maybe it's because we came on the 24th and not earlier. It was lacking festive cheer.
Shelves were empty in the shop, all the staff around the grotto area just seemed fed up, not everything was available.
I can't criticise it too much because of how close it is to the 25th though.
All in all, the garden centre is your typical place, much like the many others that sit along the road.
The important thing that we went for was the kids and for them to see the big man himself, our one played the part reasonably well, we've certainly had better. But importantly it made the kids see a little more magic of Christmas.
Love the whole santa visit experience, but it took so long to get on the train as the women was so adamant she wouldn't sit families separate, in some cases I can't see why it's an issue! We'd of happily sat in two carriages to save waiting hours upon end. Also as we ended up being the last to go through the staff couldn't wait to leave and couldn't be bothered to find out why the picture we had taken hadn't been uploaded to the pc so we couldn't get it and it was one of our kids first Xmas The actual place is fab, its packed with moving elfs, Santa's, animals etc, the shop after where the kids can get a toy has a good selection it's definitely the best in this area.
Although their Christmas selections are amazing ,its not great as a actuall garden centre. For other items it's worth a visit but not that special for plants on sorry to say
My daughter loved meeting Santa and all the decorations they had for Christmas. Also tried ice skating but it's nothing like real ice skating and was very awkward. My daughter's never been ice skating before and loved it but it wasn't for me.
Found they didn't have any bedding plants and they seem very expensive on some things but not others but thus could be because of all whats been going on with the crovna19 will go again some time
A really lovely garden centre with a large variety of plants at decent prices. Also sells a whole range of gardening paraphernalia such as pots etc. I would highly recommend!
Unfortunately we did not enjoy our visit to your today. The toilet facilities were inadequate and dirty next to the fireworks trailer and the cafe was not as expected. On the good side your Christmas lights are going to be lovely
Great range of plants, indoor out outdoor products, food wnd candles. Helpful service. The guys liaded the car with all if our heavy compost. Realky appreciate their help.
I live in Gloucester, and visited Springtime Nurseries prior to Christmas, while staying with a friend who lives locally. Very impressed with the many items of stock on offer. Purchased a few products, which I was very pleased with. On returning home to Gloucester, found that one item was not performing as it should be. I rang Springtime to discuss the problem, and with no quibble, promptly sent me a replacement item, received two days later. A big shout out for their Customer Service .
The manager would not accept any complaint about the quality of buxus plant bought recently with suspected fungus. Wasted not only a number or plants but lots of work planting and now removing them. One star - only to be able to post review
Went today to visit the grotto and check the Christmas decorations on offer. It will make you feel very Christmassy, however the fact that we spent over 3 hours queuing to see quite possibly the most miserable santa clause I have ever encountered which my two daughters were scared to speak to him means that this place cannot get more than 1 star. I won't be coming to the grotto again that's for sure. The Santa was terrible, however the Christmas decor and the train ride just about saved our visit.
Springtime nursery is the best garden centre along crews hill ...... the Halloween shop is fantastic and cannot wait to visit Santa's grotto again this year... it's really worth a visit. .... so much on offer here and te prices are very reasonable.
