Needed a waste toner cartridge as I didn't have any on hand. Fred sent someone to HAND DELIVER the cartridge personally. Up and running before I even knew what happened! Exemplary customer service from Hamilton Digital. We will continue to gladly use Hamilton Digital for all of our Xerox needs.

If your priorities are quality, customer service and price, then you need to look at Hamilton Digital and their partners. I've had experience with other companies low-balling an initial price, then either the price goes up and quality goes down, or both. Not with Hamilton Digital. They are honest and will tell you if they are the best solution for your needs, or not. The customer service is incredible; they always answer promptly and will walk you through any issue. If you are in the market for a printer, or even a print job, do yourself a favor and at least give them a call - ask for Julie Klare, she is the best.

I'm such a fan of Hamilton Digital! Fred Hamilton recently helped me navigate a new printer lease/upgrade which was so appreciated (I had maaany questions) and once we got the new machine, Jeff Engle and Ben DuPont have been here for us every step along the way for set up, training, and troubleshooting. We ran out of toner and didn't have a back up and Jeff dropped what he was doing to deliver us toner within 30 minutes, late on a Friday afternoon. What customer service! When printer questions or issues arise, I am thankful that I can give Hamilton Digital a call and they will take great care of us.
I've worked with Hamilton Digital for over 4 years now. Not only do they provide a fabulous product, their customer service is truly remarkable! You have to love a company that does frequent "check ins" just to make sure you are satisfied with your machines, and to see if there is anything else they may do to help. No pressure from them - just good, knowledgeable, friendly service.
Excellent Service! We have been with them for years and had nothing but excellent experience! I highly recommend Hamilton Digital. We have 5 copiers leased or purchased from them. When some businesses are letting customer service go by the wayside, Hamilton Digital does not. They still put good customer service as a priority and is always there when we need help with our machines! I can always expect a friendly prompt reply when I need them.
Getting new copy machines for my company was a very stressful experience for me, but Fred Hamilton and Jeff Engle at Hamilton Digital made it easy for me. They were with me through the whole process and made sure the copiers were exactly the way I wanted them to be. Great experience. Our rep, Jeff, helped standardize our options inside the machine and then loaded that same configuration to all the centers I manage ensuring all the members of my team have the same experience no matter which office they are working in. He was always responsive and really took the time to understand how we used our fax/copier/scanner before setting it up. I would recommend this team to anyone
