My husband was a resident briefly in January 2019. I was there daily and witnessed a lack of care and supervision. The care he did receive was sporadic. There were errors in his medication and there was not a Plan of Care in place. After 5 days I brought him home. I would never recommend any Spring Hills Community.
Having assisted with many projects for Spring Hills for over 9 years, I have watched this company grow respectfully in this time. Focused on residents, the growth has been carefully planned and executed to ensure consistent high quality care and a beautiful home like atmosphere.
I have been trying to call the corp ofc for 5 weeks now. No one will return my call. When my mom was in one of their facilities, I rarely got a call back from them either. Guess the apple doesn t fall far from the tree. Disgusting! We are entrusting our family to them.
If you are looking for a senior living community for your loved one, I would not look at Spring Hills Senior Communities. The care that my loved one received was beyond ridiculous. The responses to my concerns from the management team were sad. I have submitted multiple reviews trying to help people not make the same mistake that I did and my reviews have been taken down. How is that even possible? Why would this company be so determined to take down all of the bad reviews? Why not just fix the care that we pay you to provide.
This company is a scam, I honestly don t know how they re still in business. I worked for them back in April as a licensed nurse and barely made it through the shift that s how horrible it was. Never went back and they have yet to pay me for the day I worked. You can t get in contact with anyone in office. Any suggestions on how I can get my money from this company, this is not something I plan on letting go. I don t care if it was only eight hours, slavery days are over and no ones working for free I need my coin.
Spring Hills may just be the worst run senior living facility I have ever heard of. It will be a blessing if my father in law is not harmed due to their neglect and abuse of him and other residents. Mariann Adamitis does not respond to family emails and abruptly hangs up on conference call participants. Alex Markowitz the CEO hides from family so he doesn t have blame placed on him, what a coward.
