My pawned item was rejected without any reason, maybe the appraiser does not know how to distinguish authentic vs fake item. VERY DISSAPOINTED! Please hire knowledgeable staff.

So hard to use. I wud still prefer going to an actual pawnshop. The lines may be long there but at least i can get my money on the same day.

This pawnshop is a waste of time. Sent 4 authentic items for pawning - all store bought from 158 designers blvd, farfetch, therealreal and mcm at king power duty free (with price tags pa ha) and apparently scored low on authencity test is their verdict.

Gave a lowball offer to my MCM that I will never agree to.

I wasted my time spending 3 hours in traffic just to meet up with their pawntrooper.

Second time to try to transact with them and I will never EVER do it again. NCash is so much better and more dependable.

The people in their office are very accommodating. I like that the experience is different from other pawnshops. If they can increase speed then I will give 5 stars. Other than that, everytghing is good!

Very slow service. It took them 2 weeks to release the money from my sold item. I suggest you know market value of the item before pawning because they have the lowest appraisal. What a scumbag!

Never thought thar online Pawnshop exists,until I learned about Pawnhero. Never encountered any issues with them si far.

Keep asking them to remove my number from their spam text messages and they blocked me on messenger because of this and still receiving their spam. They should be shut down no one seems to like them and doing the people bad service.

Loan was released same day. I thought your service was great. However, I found scratches on the back of my item. It has always been in a shockproof case since Day 1 so there's no possibility of it being scratched from my end. It makes me wonder if they do this to lower down the value of the item next time you pawn it. Or it could just be a disgruntled employee. Either way, don't pawn your items here.

Can I get a personal loan from another remittance center here in Manila?

Their customer service Hotline was hard to reach where it would always route to a mailbox. As for their email support, most of them were fond of using canned responses which has nothing to do with your questions. Not to mention, the lousy service whenever they receive & validate the payment for your loan.

Ang bilis kunin ng item pero nung irerelease na yung pera more than 48 hrs na from approval wala pa din as opposed to what they said na the following day idedeposit na.

I m impressed that this pawnshop accepts designer watches and luxury bags. Not all pawnshops accepts these kinds of items. Even their interest rate is low compared to other shops i tried. I hope you can bring it to Cebu also. Thanks PawnHero
