This is a GREAT place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They send monthly reminders to make sure you pay your payment on time. Overall wonderful experience! I definitely recommend this place and I'll come back in the future if I need a storage unit again! :)

My experience as of now has been great. Yvonne was excellent. She was kind and helpful. If I were to complain about anything. I wish the hall lights stayed on longer. But that is a small detail.

Renting u-haul on mobile app for the 1st time was very convenient and the location with personal that are friendly and super helpful.

I rented a U-haul from them. My rental was from 11 to 11 (this was over Thanksgiving) but I didn't return it till 2:51 the agent called me around 1 and wanted to know when I would be bring it back. They charged me 2 full days. What a surprise they get to double book. I think they needed the truck back I over heard the agent on the phone that they were very busy over the holidays. I will go back to penske at least they were fair.
