I rented a U-haul from them. My rental was from 11 to 11 (this was over Thanksgiving) but I didn't return it till 2:51 the agent called me around 1 and wanted to know when I would be bring it back. They charged me 2 full days. What a surprise they get to double book. I think they needed the truck back I over heard the agent on the phone that they were very busy over the holidays. I will go back to penske at least they were fair.
