Hollywood Casino Jamul Review

I went to see Manny Cepeda's salsa band. That was an excellent experience. Nice dance floor. Super good music and great drinks at the bar. All in all, great fun in a casino for someone who doesn't Gamble. The casino was clean and the games looked interesting. But none of them were brain games so not for me.

It's a great casino and it seemed like everyone was winning! I had a great time! The vibe was excellent and they have great food as well. Check it out I recommend it! Stay safe everyone.

It was a nice casino to try out.. Pretty clean but the slots seemed pretty tough to win anything.. Small parking garage and seems to get pretty crowded here.. I do recommend checking out though.

While the Casino's marketing team will provide you with bountiful perks (so long as you lose a ton of money first) the actual casino management team will blatantly discriminate against guests below a "certain" card tier. Although the titles of such employees may have the word "manager" in them, their training as such is lacking. Be prepared to feel the preferential treatment in one way or another. Anyone above minimum wage is absolute trash. Amy with Guest Services is the ONLY exception to this .

This is not a good time out to the casino. First off people are living in their cars in the parking lot. I found drug paraphernalia in the men's room. I could not even sit down at a many slot machines because the seats and the machines were covered with cigarette ashes. Many drug addicts roaming around the casino floor. These addicts will sit right behind you and watch you play the slot machine. Maybe they are waiting to see if you walk away for a minute so they can cash out your ticket real quick. Ok, now I go the bathroom and the floor is covered with water and urine. So I carefully dodge all the urine and water and go into a stall and guess what I found? Drug paraphernalia and a poop smeared all over the toilet. Something really serious to mention here is that they do follow social distancing protocols. The blackjack tables are elbow to elbow with masks hanging off for cigarette smoking. After losing my money in 10 minutes because there is no play coming from the slot machines I decide to leave and never return. Trust me on this one, go to another well respected casino here in San Diego County, there are many to choose from.

Food very tasty. Services little slow, need more serving staff. Hector and Bradley were excellent!

I had a bad experience with the bar. I was pretty upset at the situation. I ended up talking with the "Drink" manager. and I have to admit he was extremely pleasant and professional. talking with him calm me down. I appreciate his understanding of my situation. He provided a remedy to my issue. great management goes a long ways. I will be back and recommend others.

Clean ,spacious and always changing! Courteous staff and thorough clean team keep you safe.
Restaurants are varied and tasty! And a food court in case you want a quick bite! A wonderful experience all around!!!

The odds of winning are slim unless you spend and bet a large amount of money. Food is great. Need more of the more popular slot machines. Service is nice. Employees are nice. Should have 3 people working at the donut shop at all times for faster service. New carpet installed looks nice.
