What is happening at Frogmore Leisure Centre!!! I have been going to 3 classes every week for a number of years and enjoyed the brilliant instructors as well as the friendship from the many other regular attendees. This will all end next week when the last of my instructors will "leave". I will leave too as its the only way anyone will listen - but do they care? So it's goodbye to Tuesday night Zumba with Sheran, the most inspiring, energetic instructor ever - goodbye to Wednesday night BodyBalance with Judy and her unique style which makes you go every week to cheer you up and also to Thursday night LBT with Carol who 'left' at the start of all the changes. We thought she was coming back but her P45 says differently. She made hard work fun. I will miss these classes and all the people I met there.
Trade as 'Everyone Active' and seem impossible to contact (Look at all the reviews for them under that name on Trustpilot)
Their App allowed me to book 2 badminton courts, and pay for them, at a local Leisure Centre with the opening times on the app telling me the venue was open. When we turned up the site was closed.
They have since ignored 2 e-mail contacts, one Facebook message, and one voicemail message left to try and get the monies paid refunded to me.
Took money from my bank without even knowing of this companies existents , fraud squad had to be involved and when i tried to call this company " sports and leisure management " to find out out who had illegally used my card i was simply fobbed off from one department to another.
Very poor customer service indeed.
