Casey Moran's Wrigleyville Reviews

Was at CM's the night the Cubs Won the NLCS and are not going to the World Series. BUT why does Casey Moran's have to wack their loyal fans that have been going there throughout the years by over charging for drinks on that night. No one told us the drinks were marked up. I understand the American way is supply and Demand but $13.50 for a Jack and Coke? $10.50 for a beer. Shameful. I've spend a LOT of $$ at this place. Not anymore. I use to be a great fan. Great place, quick service plus a whole lot more but due to the price gouging Casey, you just lost a fan. (I'm sure you not going to close down but what you are doing to the people who have supported you even in the slow times is shameful and sad)

Its good but the music keeps on going on and off in one of the sides. Aside from that its good(:

Great place to go with friends. Staff is super friendly and drinks are so good! The DJ plays great music all night. We danced all night!

Went here for a bar crawl. The bartenders at the main bar were charging more than the other areas in the bar. Left with a bad taste in my mouth. Watch your credit cards because they might be overcharging you.

Waitressses yum. But why no ham and cheese panini?!?

Went with a group of friends to watch the game. Enjoyed great seats by the window, good food and great service from Hannah.

Was there until about 11 and it was dead, would be more fun if there were more people filling in the dancefloor

We are from out of town and we were looking for a cool spot to go to before the Cubs game. I was pretty excited for this place but the staff was rude and inattentive including who I think was the manager on Saturday. Would definitely not recommend.

Holiday pop up bar Rudolph's, 2 floors of amazing holiday celebration specialty drinks well worth it.Dont forget your Christmas sweater.

Cool, older bar with a lot of space. Has always been a staple spot for me and friends to go hang before or after Cubs games. Since all of the new construction, it's not quite as busy/packed as I remember, but that means it's never a hassle getting a table or service. A Wrigleyville classic!

The food was good and the prices were fair. $12 for a big cheeseburger and fries... $3 Old Styles all the time is also a good deal. When I asked for a shot of Jack Daniel's they told me $9 for that. If you ask me that is ridiculous. That's why I give it 3 stars.

Cool local bar, great before a ballgame. Local fare. Very friendly, very hospitable plenty of space. Decent choices for beers. Good options for lunch and dinner . Variety of sandwiches and finger foods. Come on down And enjoy the day at the ballpark and start at Casey Moran.

The service is fantastic, the security believes themselves to be far more important than they are and will attempt to kick any patron out for any reason. One of our group literally was not sitting down, got yelled at, sat down, and was asked to leave for being unruly . Go to literally anywhere else in Wrigleyville for a better time

Door security! Rude and disrespectful.Visiting from out of the country and was told he would take my Id this one time. Better clubs nearby ! Do not waste your time at this place.

I don't want to share this secret as everyone else will go. This is the absolute best place to go before a Cubs game. The food and drinks come out immediately. The service is fantastic. I can't say enough great comment about Casey's. Well done!

Went here before the cubs game with my dad. He really likes this place, and now that I have been I agree!! Since we went before the game it wasnt that crowed. I guess it gets crowded during game. We seated right away and got our food in good time. I got chicken wings with their barbecue sauce on side. It was delicious. You also get alot of wings, and they had alot of meat on them! Definitely be back to this place! Also want to add that the staff there are very friendly and helpful!

I went there last Saturday night for their Rudolph pop up bar. The place was beautifully decorated however there was one bar in particular that after waiting 20 mins to try to get served we had to leave. It's a little ridiculous that there is like 15 paying customers waiting for the one bartender.

I almost feel bad giving this review b/c our server was great, however, the security team in place was overly abrasive to one of my friends, forcibly instructing him to sit down, and once he did, the security team member continued to berate him - with his mask around his neck. And once he finally walked away I talked to our friends about our displeasure with him and threateningly came right up behind me to ask me to repeat exactly what I had said. While I was severely uncomfortable I stayed silent as he loomed over me. After all this, the security person told the bar they had to remove my and our neighbor table. When we spoke to the manager he had absolutely nothing to add that was helpful and until this moment we don t know why we were asked to leave. I cannot, cannot negatively review this bar/restaurant enough. If you don t hire more professional security, customers will not fee comfortable or excited to visit. Good luck.

Overall good vibes,BUT the door men,super rude,they discrimnated me right when we were walking up,made us feel super uncomfortable & attacked us for being foreign,there was a police officer there who simply kicked us out(without even stepping in or being informed of the situatuon)I used to go there every other weekend,but as of that,i will no longer be going as for my friends & others whom were in line and witnessed. Bummer.

Pre-game for me and my friends. Never come here other than that but that is a goldmine for them.

Not supposed to be open inside yet was packed with people, hardly a mask in sight, no social distancing. Extremely selfish, irresponsible, and dangerous.

This is the quenticential mick-filled Wrigleyvile bar. You will feel right at home if you are a degenerate Irishman like me. I ordered a whiskey ginger, and the bartender shot coke and sprite into my drink with the soda gun and I thought she was high. Little did I know, but was soon educated, this is an old bartenders trick and tastes just like ginger ale. AND IT WORKED. I'm just happy she didn't slap me. 5 stars.

Not overly packed, nice crowd. There is no specific dancefloor. Unimpressive DJ style for a Latin party. It sounds like hes chopping and screwing every song with generic reggaeton beat. The area directly to the left entrance has poor sound wiring. It continues to fade in and out.

Came here before a Cubs game and the experience was fantastic. The sliders I got were cooked perfectly and the pint of bacon was awesome. Service was very quick even though the place was full. Prices were very reasonable and the beer selection was decent.

Great the Security was very nice the food was wonderful.

We went here for NYE and had a great time! Staff was great, but the place is hard to contact when looking for information.

Good home-town bar that is spacious and fun minus the frills. If you're looking for fancy cocktails...this ain't your place but if you're looking for a genuinely appealing sports bar with a fun staff and good food to watch a Cubs game...this is your place.

A group of 11 friends and myself came in for the first time to celebrate a friends birthday only to not let him in because he was wearing Jordan s??! He wasn t the only one wearing Jordan s but was the only one asked to pay $20 for wearing Jordan s. What s the logic behind that???

Absolutely NOT hospitality friendly. As a bartender who has been in the business for years and works crazy hours I would have liked to have enjoyed myself here after work one evening.

I was carrying a home made vermouth in my bag back home from work and got an unexpected invite to a friends birthday when I was not let in due to it. I was going to take care of it I was hassled further about it and my bag. I would have gladly checked the bag in or work with the venue further But was not getting any where by talking to them snd choose to leave so my hard earned money wouldn t go to a venue that doesn t support service staff.

Nice atmosphere but, food is awful. Had the nachos with cold cheese and chicken and, the chips were soggy. Had no plates or silverware even after as kind the food runner twice, who was ridiculous in his job. Our waitress kept putting her tray on the hi top put no napkins under the drinks, do we had water dripping down the table. Bad.

Claire is HOT! Oh yea, she also provided good service too. Haha! Cool bar to go, good music...

Come for the apps and drinks before the game, but guys, make it down to the washroom! The bathroom attendant is hilarious and makes the experience rare. If the bathroom has an attendant, you usually are at a snobby place where they don't talk. Not this place :)

Really sweet atmosphere. Lots of TV to watch sports. Amazing burger. Really friendly staff.

It was great with the holiday spirit. But the bartender was very slow and got our order wrong.

The worst experience at a bar/restaurant I've ever had. Our waitress seemed to go out of her way to be condescending and rude, as well as the manager who we spoke to. Would never recommend, especially since there are so many other great options in Wrigley. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have selected that... I guess they can have one on a default.

It's as packed as a college party on weekends and with prices soaring as obscenely as a higher end bar. I will say that it's nice that they don't charge a cover and they'll order fights to watch

Been to endless amounts of Cubs games throughout my life and suprisingly have never visited Casey Morans. Definitely happy with my first visit. Bartenders were super friendly, drinks were great, and the cheeseburger slider appetizer was so juicy and flavorful. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

Went for a graduation, music was okay. The bartender was really slow and I asked another bartender if she could help and she was really rude. The bartender was alone and he only helped girls who were not wearing anything. Also, the only two bathrooms were working. good music, bad service.

Great bar & great service. I little less crazy than places like Cubby Bear which in my opinion is a good thing

VIP services sucked. We paid $600 for 1 bottle and we got a small table and a couch. People will try and sit on your couch and not respect the VIP section. The music was okay they would repeat the same songs

We just had dinner at this place. The place itself is nice. Food was good. The service was terribly wrong. We asked five humburgers with cheese y one no tomatoes; none of them had cheese and all of them came with tomatoes. The lady dropped one of the sodas on my sister's pants. I asked for a glass of ice water, and after 15 minutes I had to go to the bar myself to bringing t. The lady who took care of us seemed lost and no experience at all. We got that one mistake anyone can make it, but more than five for the same people; it's really unacceptable. We did not have any problems for paying whatever the cost was but charging more then $80 and no apology, please.

Great place to start before the Cubs game. Try the bacon sampler in a cup. It's awesome

The place itself is very nice, the staff is friendly. It's a really good spot to spend an evening with friends have a bite or drink. But keep in mind that the prices (on drinks) are skyrocketing. I mean you're not sippin a cocktail in a hammock on the beaches of Bora Bora, but they charge you like that for it.

Bike got stolen outside, camera pointed directly at the rack. They wouldn't bother to share any info with me or police. Phone line never answered. Walked in and employee was drunk at the bar. Low lives.

Food came Unbelievably FAST !!!! Great atmosphere and great and busy staff.

PRICE GAUGING 101. It's my fault for not reading the Yelp reviews before coming here to watch a game, but man...

Our waitress was nice and the food and beers came out fast, but there are is no way you can justify the prices. When we asked for the draft list, the waitress pulled out a handwritten list with no prices. How bad could it be we thought- its a Monday night away game for the Cubs. We ended up paying $8 for 12oz Bells Oberons and our friends paid $7 for Miller Lites! Are we inside Wrigley Field?!

You'll also notice that there is a 3% service fee for credit cards at the bottom of the tab, which they do not tell you about.

There are many other better bars in the neighborhood, so there is no reason to come here ever, unless you are trying to get rid of money fast.

This place is great! All the staff is polite and professional. Great place!

Always fun to be here before, after, and during a Cubs game!
