Lifeguard they all kids and don't know how to treat people

Great water park; Season pass is best value. Especially now that same pass gets into other Six Flags parks.

The place is good, however the customer service here sucks! Went to one of the shops and asked a simple question to the casher: Are these the only water shoes you carry? He ignored me and was more attentive to this phone than helping me out! So I asked again in a louder voice, all he did was nod his head. He didn't even look at me! Hours later the family and I went to the Funnel place and stood there for 5 min as the cashier finished up her conversation on her phone. Then stood there another 5 min as she turned around to have another conversation with the other employees. Asked for an ice cream cone and was told we ain't got none and she turned around again and was talking to the other employees laughing away! So I said that's fine we would like to order a funnel cake then and some drinks. Still laughing away with the other employees!! An order that should have took about 2 minutes took too long because customer service has gone down hill!!!

New Name Same old park. No real changes but the signs around the park. I would've hoped they would have everything working when they changed ownership but it's never happened in the past so why would Six Flags do anything different. The park needs a REAL MAKEOVER, that's all. Oh and I hope the shipment on supplies i.e. food has come in but there was nothing over the weekend.

This is a really fun place to visit there are lots of slides if you like to have adventures and if like to swim the there are places to swim I got the season pass and it was totally worth it . Recommend this place

Fun place for whole family, excellent price for season pass , you can leave and buy food and come back food is expensive inside

Bad customer service is the first thing experience as you enter the gates. Parking kiosk attendants didn t say a word to us; simply took our card and gave us receipt. The water park is small compared to other water parks especially for the same price point. Lockers really don t work unless you do a Mortal Kombat move to get it to lock. Tubes for the lazy river are additional cost which makes people just walk through it. Slide attendants are, however, very nice and professional.

Its an ok place, service sucks. Parking is terrible for even being a Diamond member. No added services or accommodations for being an upgraded member.

It was good, but once they made us leave because of a lightning strike, and we were about to go on a ride. Other than that, it was a really good experience.

Very good! I went with a friend and it was amazing! Especially for my first time. The life guards are very responsive too and they do care for you once your out of the water (especially when its your first time even going into the water thats about 8 ft deep) I'd recommend learning how to swim but its fine if you don't know because the lifeguards (and I quote) "got your six".

Super expensive. Not worth it. You have to pay for parking & they even charge you to rent the tubes.

Three year season pass holder and have been going before it was Wet 'n' Wild SplashTown

I really love Splashtown for the kids in the summer. The season passes really did pay off. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because theyou removed their changing rooms up front and put in a store. There are no true changing rooms only restrooms. There also aren't enough men's stalls in the restroom. If there are no changing rooms then at least have stalls.

Expensive as all get out. Plan on a $350 day for a family of 4. Lines are slow. Rides are often not operating.

Bad for wheelchairs and handicap. The lazy river was the only place where there was a ramp to get in. Update 5/29/2019- no change in handicap access. Lifeguards dont control roudy kids in lazy river. Got hit 3 times hard in my back by preteen boys. Reported it and nothing was done but politely asking them to stop. Got around curve and they continued. Its a waste of money for a membership if you are disabled or a senior.

We get season passes every year. Season passes are only $65 with free parking. Some of tyhe food prices are high but you can leave and come back in so you can walk to the McDonald's next door, who let's people come in with wet clothes, or go have a picnic with food you bring from home. They are constantly making improvements since wet and wild took it over. It's not as big as hurricane harbor but still a great water park!!!

This place brought the 5 year old back out in me ... lol ... I haven't this much fun in a long time, despite the fact that I don't do pools, water parks,etc ... Brought the family out and we had a blast ...

Great food selection at a great price, fun rides and activities for everyone. A great place to cool off on a hot summer day and a great place to have fun.

Wife and I took the kids here and man they had a blast! We are considering purchasing the season pass since we live in the area and feel it would pay for itself in a few trips. Will return with the family real soon!

The lifeguards were not giving the right information

Love the tornado ride! Im so glad they installed the belt to bring up the heavy quad tubes, its an amazing and well needed upgrade another one of my favorites is the lazy river cslled paradise something lol i forgot. Just a heads up, the parking is now $20 but i have the season pass so i get unlimited free admissions included. Locker rentals are alot easier with the kiosk and no more deposits!

My family and I visited on June 7th during our stay here in The Woodlands, TX which was a nearby attraction. WOW this place is so much fun!!! I reserved the cabana online and it was above my expectations. I enjoyed the wait service which was a PLUS because I only had to push the call button for more food, drinks, and not to mention I'm not really an outdoor person but the cabana had an outdoor ceiling fan which made combating the heat much tolerable. My kids loved this place. I will definitely visit again!!!

Well worth the price! Took my family( a group of 24 ppl) and they LOVED it!

Not as nice as I thought it would be. I paid 80 dollars to feed five teenagers.

Its dirty over crouded rules dont apply to everybody.

I bought season passes for the family about two weeks ago. So far we have attended the park 4 times and every time it seem like they keep running out of ice around noon, so I bought a souvenir cup so that I can drink some hot Pepsi. Plus they only have about 2 concession windows active out of 3 or 4 of them. It's clear to me by the looks of it that they are in desperate need of employees. I see the bartenders working hard to do their job and tend to their super long lines that extend so long that they block the walkways. All this money I'm spending just to go wait in long lines and to enjoy a hot Pepsi. I bought the season passes to have fun under the sun and actually get inside the water and have fun. I feel like every time the park changes management it keeps getting worst but more expensive. Very disappointed this year.

Staff was polite and safety oriented. Supervisors did active water drills to ensure proper training amongst employees for public safety.

We love this family water park! So much freedom for the kiddos and parents to relax and enjoy a great day together. Season passes are the only way to go if you live close enough to visit all summer!

I hate to give the park such a low review because my family and I actually love the park itself. My review is based on customer service over the last 5 years. This is THE WORST customer service I have experienced yet. I've been a season pass holder for about 5 years straight because of my son who is now 10 and loves the rides. I get the season passes every year because I put his happiness over the bad customer service, but now, I d rather drive further to find a water park with employees that will treat you well. This is the LAST year they get my money. The horrible customer service has NEVER failed, it's the same thing each and every year. The managers are little teenage kids, it's laughable actually. They are little puppets that do what "Marketing" says. These kids need to be trained, a dog is more trainable than these teenagers who consider themselves managers (I hate to be so mean, but these kids are RUDE, you don't need training to be polite). They will roll their eyes at you, pretty much tell you they don t care what you have to say and deny everything. 3 weeks ago, I witnessed a security guard who was extremely RUDE to a customer who asked him nicely why the wave pool had been closed for about 25 minutes, when it should only be closed for 10 minutes. He was sarcastic and said, Ok! It s gonna open when it opens! I couldn t believe how he answered her, I did ask for his name and reported to management. My bad experience: I purchased my season passes in December but just went late June or early July to get our wrist bands (wrist bands are new this year btw). I asked the guy who gave me the wrist bands to please give me my 4 guest passes that come with the season pass. He said that the passes are scanned with the wrist bands this year and just to bring my guest. Since I ve been a season pass holder for so many years I knew that I can only bring guest during a certain time frame because tickets have an expiration date, so I asked him, when do the tickets expire, he said, no, you can bring your guest whenever you want. I couldn t believe what he said to me and I asked him if he was sure and he assured me yes, that he was sure (my son and nephew BOTH heard him as well). I took his word seeing that a lot of things have changed this year. Surprise, surprise, I take my 3 guest and guess what? My tickets expired. Thankfully (at least I thought), I saw the guy who gave me this information so I asked the manager to please call him so that he can admit to her that he told me I could bring my guest whenever. When he saw me, he recognized me b/c it had just been a week from when he told me this. He didn t admit to what he told me and the teenaged managers wouldn t hear me out and wouldn t work with me AT ALL! Finally, I had ENOUGH of these kids and told them I wanted to speak with a REAL manager. They got someone else and she gave me 1 pass for free. Although I do appreciate the 2nd manager who helped me, because she was more sympathetic and actually listened to me, I am still beyond upset with everyone else and how they handled the situation. These puppet teenagers need to be trained that everything is CASE BY CASE. They blame everything on marketing and say they are super strict on not allowing free passes. So thank you Wet n Wild Splashtown for making so many people have a horrible experience at a place that is supposed to be fun, because ultimately it s managements fault. If you see so many reviews stating that your employees are rude, you need to do something about it. Even employees that work around the water park are always mad, rarely do I run into someone with a happy face. Wish I could get some Chick-Fil-A service at Splashtown.

A very mediocre water park. Horrible staff they are very rude. It was my first and last time ever going there. They're a want to be top notch water park and they don't even come close to making the mark.

Bought a Season Membership pass for 2019. So far it has been really underwhelming. Some rides are not open yet and the new waterslide hasnt even been put together yet. Wondering if it will be open this season. The membership locks you in for a year before you can cancel so I will see if it is worth it. A plus, I can enter any other Six Flags in TX for free.

My girls had fun nice place. loved how COLD the water was. but place needs to be more updated... there is alot that looks to old. other than that we enjoyed our visit.

Love this place! Large clean park, lots of rides, fun for the whole family. I recommend going during the week to avoid long lines. I can't wait to go back!

Had a great time, kids and adults all loved it. Food and drinks are a bit pricey but you are allowed to bring in water, and leave a cooler in your vehicle.

Very fun , great food ,but everything there is expensive

A bit pricey to get in and not very big. All in all though, it was fun. I'd go back but Typhoon Texas is definitely a better park and better priced too.

Always a good place to cool down on a hot day. Nicely remodeled. Lots of new stuff. Nice staff.

It was fun.. Lots of rides for adults.. Water is pretty deep for six year olds and under.. I like that they have free life vests to use.. The drinks are kind of expensive but the refills are free all day and you can bring the cup back all season long for $1.50 refills!

We get season passes every year. The kids enjoy the water and now my grand daughter is enjoying it as well. Its sort of a family tradition.

This is a great place to take kids. My kids all love the rides. The value is incredible for members with all the being a friend free offers they have.

Love this place, however the customer service here is absolutely horrible! Next year I'm buying passing to Texas Typhoon in Katy. The lifeguards are extremely rude for no reason.

I ve live in Houston for over 10 years and this was my first time going and i must say it was a blast. Nice park and friendly staff. Food is overpriced but that s normal for most water parks

This place sucked 20$ for each season cup almost all rides closed packed waited in a line to exit took a hour to get food that costed even more then intended I have to say nice way of being greedy six flags

Wet and wild was great!!! Now that Six Flags took over I don t like it. I brought small children today. The water in the kids area was dirty, bugs in it, cloudy,
The restroom near this area was closed, we had to walk all the way to the other side. With small children is not easy. The line to buy food was extremely slow, and they run out of blue and red Icees. $20 FOR PARKING!!!
I think is time to start driving to Katy and Galveston to check out other water parks. This was not a good experience at all.

season passes was super cheap and the park is super big for the whole family

I ve been a season pass holder for 13 years and not only do they not have any kind of loyalty program, now that they are six flags they have taken away benefits for buying a pass back in April. Ok, so you get free parking..thank God because they jacked it from $10-$20 a day to park in a parking lot that not only isn t monitored, they have one inconvenient exit onto the busy feeder rd when they could open an exit gate near the entrance or even a back one on 2920 but refuse to unless it s just packed to the point of ridiculousness. This park isn t as much a tourist park as it is a community park and they do not serve the community. They changed all the names of the attractions and spent money on new colorful signs but didn t touch the ailing tiles that look so trashy or the worn coolcrete that tear up your feet. They don t have the new ride open and two old rides are closed yet prices are the same. The food stations offer less options like fried Oreos and fruit and yogurt cups and prices have gone through the roof like 24.99 for a souvenir bottle that used to be offered with a season pass purchased early. Don t even get me going about lockers! No season locker passes?? Theft is so bad here and passholders that visit two to three times a week and live nearby becomes quite costly needing to rent a $10 locker or risk my keys being picked up and someone honking the horn to find it in their unsupervised lot. Not to mention I need a place to keep my flimsy season pass so it doesn t warp and tear in the water as I don t care to carry a waterproof case around mine or my kids neck. I WILL NOT be purchasing another year and wish I could get my money back for this year. Trashy, worn down, overpriced inexperienced kids running a multi million dollar business. Ridiculous

They don't even hold up to the promotions you are offered when you purchase passes... We bought 10 passes this year, they still don't care. Last season here
