Great park for the money and experience. Lines aren't nearly as long as Schlitterbahn and you will be able to ride them multiple times until it's time to go. They have a nice lazy river and it is overall just a great park. Highly recommend it.

My family & I have the Sixflags Diamond Elite Memebership and they were really mo good there... besides admission, parking, & dining it was useless. At Sixflags it was other perks that came with the membership that wasn't honored here at Splashtown.

The few rides they have at Splashtown was cool & fun... but they need more rides and a better system cause to wait in line for 20-30 minutes to get on a ride is ridiculous.

We are season pass holders and had a bad experience yesterday. Having to wait at the bottom of the slides for tubes is getting to be a huge hassle and the lifeguards at the top are still learning how to send people down. For some reason we stood at the bottom of one slide and waited for 30 minutes and watched maybe 4 people come down 3 slides. In addition, at the top of every ride you must be put on a scale to see if you go over the weight limit for the ride. The lifeguards can't look at a group or a person and tell if they are over the 750 or 800 pound weight for the ride.

I've had season passes for over 5 years and have enjoyed every year. Now that Six Flags has taken over, it is chaotic and expensive...even with the season pass, parking pass and dining pass...I still spent $50 paying for a locker and drinks. This will be the last year that I buy a pass...today's experience was frustrating to say the least.

I love Splashtown! We went here for a field trip last year and it was super fun! It was my first time so I'm very happy to be going again because I've never been to a after park till now! Going tomorrow as a field trip again, can't wait to have fun with my friends again!! :D

Every year we go to splash town, every year we buy season passes our family tradition for many years, the manager joe I believe is very nice, when we had a mix up he help us get it resolved. The staff's are very nice, and considerate. They are always sweet to my kids. I never had an issues here that wasn't resolved and apologize. I will continue to take my family to this place. I love that they have activities for everyone in the family. My kids look forward going every time. Never gets old. A great place for kids to be kids. I recommend this place. To everyone at least make an A point to go at least once.

Food lines are ridiculous, minimal choices, expensive, and ticket agents are not aware of their own policies and probably need to be retrained....rides are decent, wait times were not too bad

Went for light show, waited in line for hour and a half to get to the event and it was over in maybe 12 minutes. I m worried that there s no way out for a car in an emergency. Kids seemed to love it

Plenty of adult friendly slides that you could go down with your children if you are not comfortable sending them down by themselves. There are good shaded areas here to take a break when you're ready to do so. Prices are a little high but if you don't want to pay then go swimming in the river/overgrown fecal matter galveston see how you like those options.

Every year when you buy season passes they give you a booklet with free passes to bring a friend on certain dates and other coupons for discounts on food and drinks. But not this year. You have to go online and they only gave you one option to bring a friend for free on a very short time period. They also now weigh you in order to ride rides. If you weigh over 250 you can't ride the ride. Some attendance will let you ride anyways saying it doesn't matter. Which I believe because they used to not weigh you. I've been buying season passes since 2005. And every year there's less and less people attending. And this year was the least of all. Worst of all if they have to close the park for any reason they will not give a rain check. Even if you have a receipt showing you just got their they still won't give you a rain check you just lose your money. Won't be getting season passes anymore.

Its a good place, but what i hate that when you get off ropes in the pools your skin might come off your hand. When asking for a band aid for your hand NO LIFEGUARD HAS ONE AND THEY WONT OFFER TO GET ONE, YET THEY ARE "TRAINED IN FIRST AID". I hope you dont trust the lifeguards here they might just let you die. Maybe they are not even well trained.

We got rained out and because we lost out receipt no refund or rain make up was given. The employee and manager simply said I cannot do anything without a receipt. We had a 12 people party with us and we told them how can we all get in without tickets and still there was no help.

Great prices amazing rides so scary and fun and I love the employees and everything is just great its way better than going to San Antonio and waist your money on rides that are always closed down and not as fun Houston water park is the way to go !

My husband and I bought season passes and got free parking for the season! Bonus! The park is clean and has lots of attractions. I do wish they would let you bring in your own coolers rather than having to return to your vehicle if you want to bring your own food.

EVERYTHING SEEMED TO BE GREAT BUT SOME OF THESE KIDS THAT ARE WORKING THERE SEEM TO HAVE A POWER TRIP. I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE ABOUT THE PUBLIC'S SAFETY BUT THEY CAN DO IT IN A NICE MANNER INSTEAD OF LOOKING LIKE THEY REALLY DON'T WANT TO BE THERE. THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE'RE THE CUSTOMERS.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME I RECOMMEND ALL THE RIDES AND THE LUNCH PASS IS WELL WORTH IT NOT SO MUCH THE DELUXE, BUT YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN DRINKING WATER TOO. WHILE THE KIDDOS ARE GRABBING A BITE TO EAT IN LINE THE BAR IS NEXT TO THE FOOD LINES SO THE ADULTS CAN COOL OFF WHILE WAITING FOR FOOD BECAUSE THE WAIT IS A LITTLE LONG, BUT THERES A INDOOR DINING AREA TO COOL OFF . THE RESTROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF ARE HELPFUL NOW THE HEIGHT RANGE NOT ALLOWING THE TALLER KIDS ON SOME RIDES WHEN THEY ARE STILL UNDER FOUR FEET THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE A PRE- TEEN AREA NOW THEY HAVE A RULE THAT YOU CANNOT SIT IN CERTAIN AREAS BUT THERES NO ONE SITTING IN THE CHAIRS, I UNDERSTAND THE CABANAS BUT THE CHAIRS NEED TO BE FOR THE PAYING CUSTOMERS

Went here for the Christmas lights. I had no idea there would be turn-style road for cars. Took 3 hours just to get through the line into the park. We live in spring. Got in line at 7, got home at nearly 11

First day at the newly rebranded Hurricane Harbor ...

First day at the newly rebranded Hurricane Harbor and looks like they have major management issues already. For one, it took 30 minutes to get into the parking lot. Why? Why do they not have one lane processing parking for season pass, another for cash/credit? The comes the inefficient security personnel which I walked by as there was no order. Went to replace my season pass and they tell me its $12 or download the app. While I'm doing this, there isn't anyone even at the door to check...ok. I just walked in and no one even checks.

Employees don t know policies.CRAZY as their corporate site says your first replacement pass is free. Can we get someone that knows their corporate policies for the company they work for as the minimum requirement? Can you understand how frustrating this can be for a customer at the very least? After waiting in line twice at customer service and wasting about another hour I have to inform their supervisor -Diana Vasquez and some others up at guest services of their own posted Corporate policies on their own Six Flags site. Why is this so difficult? Where is the customer service? Let I add that the guest services office is an inferno with no air conditioning bringing a new meaning to hell. Park needs beyond much more high level management to handle before they fail after my first day entrance experience. It was by far the POOREST EXPERIENCE I ve ever had with this park after the many changes in management in the last 15 years.

Then comes the restaurant areas- disorganized beyond words. How can they add so many more checkout points at the surf side cafe yet the line to get you food takes a good 30-45 minutes to traverse? How is this logistically possible? Not to mention there are very limited food options in the premium meal plan or any meal plan. Anywhere I went they were out of things that went with the actual meal or snack . Poor food planning and food management. It s worst than the Southwest Airlines cattle call experience at their gates and a bag of peanuts. The amount of inefficiencies found was unreal for this large of a brand.

Other then some color and decor changes plus one new ride-which I will add isn t even open on opening day the management skills set seems to be below it s predecessor. How a park can stay closed since September 2018 until May 4, 2019, they may need to look into some new contractors while Six Flags attempts to downplay the metal worker that fell to his death a few weeks prior. Again, chalk this up to bad management.

Please please upper management needs to review this horrid experience and make it better for the patrons.

Their Regional manager needs to get his or her butt over here and seriously review the overwhelming inefficiencies of this park.

After several weekends of coming here since it s rebranding, the experience seems to be getting worse each passing day.

Some even have posted up to two hours wait to get food. Today, it took 45 minutes to get into the parking lot and up to the gate entrance queue front. At 11, was advised food was not ready and told to come back 30 minutes after the posted service time. -Must be me, but thought this was what the signage was for. Maybe I seem to be missing something here...

The weekend before Memorial Day, I pulled into the parking lot just to be provided a sheet to go exit overflow and ask to park in a church lot three blocks away when there were plenty of open spots in the main lot?? Why even have people pull into the lot if this is the case? Complete lack of park management- did they not have any change management handle any of this? After waiting 30 minutes to get in the lot I had to turn around and leave.

Bad bad bad! Purchased tickets and after a few days I came to the conclusion that I couldn't afford it. I called to get a refund and the people on the phone were extremely rude. Saying that the tickets were non refundable, then I asked to speak to a manager and he gave me a phone to call. I called the number, they had the option for refunds so I pushed the number and it was a recording for saying that the tickets were not refundable. Honestly if you want to keep your customers and have good customer service I would say give refunds!!! Now I have to figure what to do with these darn tickets. I'm very disappointed!!!

Ok I know its Memorial weekend but with the advertised deal for season passes you should have known to expect more people than usual. 2 hour wait just to get food is beyond ridiculous & then you ran out of items & drinks, you guys of all weekends to be prepared this should have been the one. At least the water was clean.

Kids had a lot of fun. We upgraded to the season pass because it was only $10 more per person than the day pass. So we are set for another visit in July. My one issue was how hot the ground was. I forget to bring water shoes so I burned the bottoms of my feet raw. Next time water shoes or crocs are a must
