Serious issues at this park. I did not have an adequate supply of member lanyards, passes or soft drink cups. The big new ride that is advertised with video on their website is still under construction. Clearly they are using footage from another Park and representing it as if it were this park. I did not see a single wave in the wave pool -perhaps you have to rent those too, six flags? Only a few restaurants and drink locations were open. Many of the larger rides we're not open. the open areas were fun however and the water felt nice. Trying to find an actual grown-up, you know, someone older than 16 years old is difficult at this park and that may be the source of the problem.

It was not necessarily an experience...but just my opinion. Their prices are ridiculous. ..food, souvenirs. ..everything. People should be allowed to bring in their lunch instead of having to go to their car or the parking lot to have lunch. They pay a small fortune to get their family in the park then have to be inconvenienced to go outside to eat because everything is so expensive that they cannot afford to eat food from the park. The least the park park could park could do is allow food inside. Also....people need to STOP PEEING IN THE WATER!!!

I went on a Friday during the Summer. The waits weren t more than about 20 minutes at the longest. I thought the thrill rides were great. Some only allow for 2 or 4 riders. So, if you go with a group of three that s an issue. It wasn t clearly displayed and caused some confusion. The staff isn t friendly; so don t expect great customer service. When we bought tickets, the person at the booth didn t say anything except how much it cost for the tickets. I asked a guy at the entrance where the lockers were and he just gave us a map; never said a word. This was my first time in Houston; heard people were friendly here. Apparently that s not a thing at Splashtown.

If you're 14, its probably awesome. But a lot looks the same as it did years ago. Some of the rides werent open and there's always a ton of people in lazy river and wave pool. As a matter of fact ive been to hotels with wayy better lazy rivers. Schlitterbahn is definitely a better place for everyone in the family. But if you need local in town entertainment then wet n wild it is. Fiesta has the day passes for 38 bucks

We had the Big Kahuna rental and it was less than we had hoped! We got poor service & my husband & our children were actually yelled at because we weren't given arm bands for the tubes that came with the package. I wouldn't pay that kind I'd money for that package again!! However, overall we love Splashtown & usually have great experiences!

Very nice adventure. Very clean park & restrooms. Lovely gift shop & many food choices. Has a bar & an area you can rent with couches & TV's. A large amount of chairs. So many slide options, very colorful & happy. Parking at $10.

It is a fun place to go sometime the lines are awfully full. But the problem we are having of is that we had ower passes since the 6-9-2019 and we have been going ever since and we still haven't gotten ower cups. And some of the stands have nasty food and it's sloppy when giving to you. But other than that the rides are fun and some of the staff is awesome.

Keep your water clean and Floor because some one cut theis foot on a small sharp rock in the lazy river andRI scratch my back on a loose bolt on one of your slides. Clean the floors of the pavilion and get better customer service and change the rule for the trnado because we went and waited for an hour just to be kicked of for no reason.

We had a family day today at splashtown! It was amazing the lines were not very long at all, the prices are ofcourse high but that's normal for an event like this! But if you spend a little extra it's worth it in the long run (free refills on drinks, eat before and get snacks during) lol I also really like that the price of an all day admission was the same as a seasonal pass. We had a wonderful time and we will be coming back... tomorrow, and every other chance that we get to come back this season!!! Thank you people of wet-n-wild splashtown of Houston/Spring Texas! 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!!! Always loved by the Gardner family!

It s alright , usually Sunday s most rides are closed. Yes there s always long lines but hey how many water parks do you see in Houston? Yes prices are high But I recommend the season pass no matter how high the price is. For the people leaving bad reviews about the pavement being so hot.. common sense you re at a water park smh water shoes or sandals like did you really enter without shoes? Water park = water= sun .. sun out buns out sis so yes the floor is lava

really good

really good

They have kids with smart mouths and nasty attitudes working at the nacho stand. I have experienced this more than once and with different workers. Many of them are having their own conversations and act like a customer is interrupting them. I will say the indoor eating place has made a line for diamond elite members and that is nice. Not much waiting.

It is a great place water is ice cold in the river area water it needs to be clean more especially in that area. Food prices to way to high though and it's to be more of a plate for that price. But you get your money worth over if u have a membership or season pass.

love it

Do not waste your time going to the light show, it us only 19 minutes long, and you have to wait 2 hours in a car with screaming kids, and no access to restrooms. The biggest waste of time ever.

Paying to park-Nah buddy. You knew I was showing up in a car in the first place. After that, I'm at the ticket both watching a guy with 1 kid pay approximately 1/2 of what I was paying with one kid. I had to argue for the correction.
All that aside, I considered purchasing season tickets for family members. After my eyes stopped rolling around in my head from looking at their horrible website with like 2,000 options, I'm assuming that is made to be confusing on purpose solely to screw you over. Typhoon Texas it is....unless they charge for parking.

Great place to take the family and friends! Polite staff for the most part, a lot of fun. The park could be a little cleaner though, a lot of places had leaves and dirt, but what can ya do!

Loved it! Bought 2018 season passes for the family and kept us entertain the entire summer! Money well spent! Definitely recommend to get season pass, it literally pays for itself. Rides for all ages, safe, clean, staff could be a bit nicer and attentive but besides that, we truly enjoyed it.

Splashtown is a very fun and family friendly water park that I would recommend to anyone that lives within a one hour radius of it. The slides are very fun and the maximum that you have to wait in line on a bad day would be about 30 minutes. Like all parks, the concessions are pricey, but you are allowed to bring in your own water container and fill it with water from the fountains in the park. There are just enough rides to do everything in a day, so if you are looking for somewhere fun and exciting on your day off, take yourself or your whole family to Splashtown!

Hate the new changes. Opening now at 10:30 instead of 10:00. Please bring back the wristbands for season pass holders. You now have to carry a paper card around with you!! You also can no longer sit in a section of regular lounge chairs near the wave pool unless you are an elite member. Several slides not open. Food lines ridiculously long. They apparently sold season passes cheap to get more people but don t know how to accommodate them. I have only been here (on a Tuesday) for 30 minutes and miss the old splash town.

Six flags need to do better season pass line was a joke waiting in line for an hour only to be told that they could have processed me outside at customer service with all the parks they have they would be more organized want to buy a drink expect to stand in another line for a hour which I could understand if there where 20 ppl in front of me no literally stood there next in line for 20 min at least u can tell they need more staff behind the registers and in the season pass area the water was really cloudy and dirty but it did just rain yesterday saw more upset people then smiling faces also no season pass for locker rentals I go 20 plus times in a season to have to pay 10$ each time for a tiny locker I can only fit my valuables in is ridiculous and the build up on the side of pools is really gross in every pool I seen with all the improvements they made u would think they would want to clean the pools if only they put as much effort into cleanliness as they did blocking all the areas off and the set ups for the members only sections the season did just start but much room for improvement if it s this bad all season We won t be back next season we have been season pass members since 2010 would be a shame to not go again because for the price and the headache it s not worth it anymore

Bad Experience. I had previously posted my review, but I think I deleted it by mistake. Visited park on June 30, 2011. We got in line before they opened at 10 and stayed until 3:30. Did not appreciate the $10 parking fee; did not appreciate not being able to bring in your own drink/food. Did not appreciated having to rent tubes for the wave pool; did not appreciate some lady stealing our rented tube and having to run after her and get it back (the tube was between our lounge chair and the concrete wall-real hard to mistake the tubes as being "left".). Did not appreciate the employee jumping over the counter (and nearly knocking over a little boy) at the tube rental place, chasing and swearing loudly at a disgruntled customer. The rides are fine; the park could be cleaner. The food was GREAT!
