They are good place and the people work there they are so respectful

Life guards started cusing out a child that took to long on a slide

It is a very good option to go with the little ones, and the grown-ups have a lot of fun.

Not to many selections for this being a six flags it was terrible there is not many places to eat and even at that the food is terrible and not many choices there either I'm used to the Six flags fiesta Texas and honestly this place is no where near where it should be

Parking is limited. There s a few good rides. Expect to wait a long time in line if you go on the weekends.

This is terrible it does not seem to be in the USA deteriorated, ugly, nothing cozy, I do not come any more, the Typhoon tx in Katy is much better

The water park was great until we were rained out. Storms rolled in only a couple of hours of being there and continued for the remainder of the day. When asked about possible rain check, were told they do no do that. When someone spend a min of $130 for 3 people at a water park it would be expected that if your day gets rained out that you could at least get a half day pass to come back so that the money you spend is completely waisted!!!!

Other than that the park is so much better after the renovations and would have loved to enjoy it if weren't for the rain. I am giving 2 stars for their lack of Customer service......

Just bought a season pass with dinner pass for 4th of July. Was in line for 30 minutes when at 8:03 they said we could not use our Dinner Pass after 8:00 PM. The sign clearly said good till Closing. The park was open till 9:00 PM. But you could still BUY FOOD. I thought that was what the SEASON PASS WAS FOR!!!

Took my Son and the slides were a blast. It was really crowded for a summer Saturday. Service was pretty good but food was ridiculously expensive. Only gross experience was the lazy river. It was so crowded it felt like swimming in people soup.

This is a great place to enjoy some sun. I only had a few issues, first was the river was crowded and the teenage kids wanted to rough house in the water and kept bumping into us. Secondly, the employees and lifeguards need to be a little more attentive. Last, the whole scale thing for rides is a flop. myself and my husband and a friend tried to ride the Hurricane and we could not get on. We know together we do not weigh more then 500 pounds, and waiting in the line just to ride the ride we were dry so you cannot count being wet and trying to get on the ride. That was the biggest mistake i think Wet n Wild did. Not only does it make someone feel fat but it makes you not able to rides with your friends or family.

We bought Season Passes for our family of 4 - came with free parking and a souvenir cup that you get refilled for $0.99ea. We have already been 3 times and had a BLAST each time - and school is not even out yet...we still have all summer to go! Can't wait - the park is very clean and family friendly and the rides area lot of fun for all ages!

There is NO PLACE like it.... me and my family have had season passes for the past 12 years.. and it keeps getting better and better

Despite fewer food the White Water Georgia, the food was very good. Especially the tacos and nachos.

The park has tacken a turn for the worse. Food line are ridiculously long all the time, and the food is not even that good. I waited in line at a taco stand just to find out they ran out of taco meat. So I went to a different restaurant in the park and my six flags dining pass was invalid due to not being scanned at the front gate. The guest services center had no idea what they were doing. Just to top it all off when we were leaving we were blocked in the dimond parking lot! The rides are fun but the service is not!

I liked it very well and everything was very well organized and I also liked the security that there is; I recommend it for the whole family .....

It started thundering and lightening about 5 minutes after my card was swiped for 120 dollars. They shut down all the water rides about 10 minutes later. They said they shouldn't have to give me a refund or a raincheck bc "even though the water rides are closed, the park is still open." WOW< SERIOUSLY??? My son was crying on his birthday, didn't even get to ride one ride, and they wouldn't even allow us a raincheck. Money down the drain and the most disrespectful management I have ever encountered.

Love this place. Season pass holder as long as I live nearby. Sooo much fun!

Expensive af but it is worth it but the are some some complications cause they dont allow you to take you food like bruh but it is a fun place if you have never gone and you are about to try going there just know that there is a ten dollar fee to park so dont cry in the reviews saying omg it is so expensive they even charged a ten dollar fee like why and now just know that its a great place for kids and remember to TELL YOUR KIDS NOT TO PEE IN THE POOL cause that is disgusting so there my reveiw id over ......Drops mic........

Showed up right when it opened and rode every ride with almost no lines the whole family loved it

It is raining today and i thought i would call and ask if they were going to close for the day. None of the options work. Might as well not even had called.

It sucks most of the rides were close are broken then you had to wait if you didn't have membership to do everything an on top of that some of the staff was rude as hell

The parking is way to expensive. The lifeguards are rude and mean. They kicked me and 3 others out halfway through the day just because someone in my tube on the big kahuna stood up. We even said that it wasn't us and they didn't care. Then after they said we did it, they took us to an office in the back of the park which was made to make us feel as if we were in jail. Then they took 2 people's season passes and suspended them. Last they kicked us out and told us to get the f*** out of their park. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! We got the same punishment as a kid that jumped out of the tornado that day and 3 of the 4 people didn't even do anything! I will never be going back to splashtown.

Imagine sardines in a can that s what this park feels like.

Better than the other place in Galveston lol. Just wish we could bring food in.

I went to Splashtown two years and it was only a drive away from my home and it was the best experience especially on a hot day.

Only problem is I can't swim and the water is way too deep for me. Nearly drowned but I never felt so alive.

Can't wait to go again.

Best Water Park In Houston Texas. Best Ride line up . This park improves every season. Great staff and the food selection is nice.

Spashtown was cool but my cabana was dirty and my tv didn't work mix drinks was nasty

Kids have a blast every time we go. Staff is helpful and always in a good mood!

The facilities were very nice and clean. The only problem we had were the lifeguards not giving us straight or even remotely correct info about the kiddie pool closing for the day. But management is very forthcoming and polite along with the rest of the staff.

Parking is a little high! But once you finally it is it was fun

There are many new attractions and food places. The lockers are much easier to access now with the new system and the water is always clean.

My kids love this place... a little expensive. But over all fun

Splash town is definitely my favorite water park of all. It s really family friendly. You can go down the slides with your toddlers most of the time. A lot of other water parks your kids have to go alone. Plenty of seating all over the park. Every time we visited we had a good time. Best time is the morning time during the week. Weekends gets really busy, but if you go first thing in the morning on a weekend, you can even enjoy it for a little bit before it gets too busy! The season passes definitely pay off. Make sure you register them online and check to see what freebies and specials they are running!

If I could give splashtown a negative review, i would.
Here's my story.
It is Friday June 19, 2017. I am 9 months post partum, my fiance and I had been planning this splashtown trip for WEEKS... we don't get out much with an infant at home, so this trip was ESPECIALLY SPECIAL.
We woke up early this morning, got to the gate as SOON as it opened and immediately headed to all the big slides before the lines got too long.
And to my HORROR, they had scaled to weigh each individual person before they got on the slide.
I understand the after precautions that are set in place, HOWEVER, i am 5'8 and weigh 262 pounds. This is the HEAVIEST I have ever been in my life (excluding the pregnancy, but i am slowly losing the weight gained from that).
I was turned down from every major attraction at splashtown. I literally had to do the "fat girl walk of shame".
Thankfully my fiance is a real man, and he refused to go down the slides without me.. And he took each and every step down the walk of shame with me.
We are first time parents, who saved and went without to make these plans.

We spent 75.75 on entrance tickets (we had a coupon), 10 for parking, and another 10 for a locker.

$95.75 in total for a post partum woman to leave, after an hour and a half of being at the park, in all out DISTRAUGHT tears. I'm talking shameful, crocodile tears because she weighs too much to enjoy herself at a water park.

If you are over 250lbs do not even bother. It'll be the wave pool and lazy river for you, and you can do all that regular, run of the mill swimming, at your local neighborhood pool.

I will most likely NEVER be returning to splashtown after this experience, which is such a shame... seeing as how most of my fondest memories of childhood were my summers there. Not to mention, I have always recommended it as a job to the upcoming teenagers I know. Being a deep water guard (circa 2006), was the best job I EVER had as a kid.

Been going here since i was a kid and when it was just splashtown.
Always a great time. If you want to enjoy your visit, it's recommended to get there as soon as it opens and party hard for the next 4 hrs, after that get you lunch. Food inside is okay, pricey. Then afterwards you decide if you want to deal with the crowd. Each time i go, i always enjoy.

Great water park in the area. Great fun and quality. This water park is way better to go to than fighting the traffic to get to the way smaller Schlitterbahn in galveston

Is really nice but they need it to make it bigger n more pools for smaller kids

I havent been to a water park since raging waters in california but this was close to it and it was fun.

Good spot. They do get you with the micro transactions but the rides were amazing, lines weren't too long, and the lazy river is fantastic for when you just want to be lazy.

It is a nice place to have fun with the family, the staff lacks a little kindness, but I like the rest very much.

when i went to splash town it was awsome pepole that think splash town was nasty or had bad service you are wrong

It's okay the lines for the rides are ridiculous and there food there is price way to high..that's my opinion..

Bring some sandal the floor gets very hot in summer. Will burn your feet. But everything also is alright. Good place for family. Easy parking.

This is a heck of a goodie but last time the guards said sparkle water ain't when it said sparkle water keep up the good work and keep it together peeps ;-;

We came here one Sunday and its business hour was 10:00-7:30. While people in the middle of the line of rides, and they started to kick people out at 5:00. Parking was $10 and enteracne fee was $43 per each adult. Plus long wait of rides. Was here for 6hours and only been on one ride and got kick out of the second one.
