During the huge logistical problems caused by a pandemic spire have still kept service to a high level, next day really is next day. We have been dealing with Spire for 20 years or more, and they still give us a first rate service. Good selection of stock (but not so large that it takes ages to identify and select parts), and competitive prices. They are large enough to cope with pretty much any requirement, but small enough that you can maintain a proper relationship with them - you never feel like you are just another number! Our sales manager Paul is always approachable and helpful regardless of whether its designing a custom build system for us to a spec or to a price, or just drop shipping a new keyboard to a customer. RMA process is easy and works, and tech support is there if you need it.
