Spire Financial is hands down the best lender we've ever worked with. Spire not only had the most competitive mortgage rates and offers (we shopped three other lenders), but also excellent customer service. Ben, Dan, and RyAnn were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were all extremely responsive and always took the time to answer our questions or address our concerns. In addition, the gang did a great job coordinating with the underwriter, our realtor, the title company, and all of the other various parties involved in the purchase process...especially when I threw a little kink into the loan approval process at the 11th hour :) I would most definitely recommend Spire to anyone looking for a home mortgage loan.

I've been in the business for ten years and have worked with lots of lenders. Darik Tolnay has to rank at the top of the best I've ever worked with. My most recent experience with Darik was for a deal he saved for my clients in Sunnyside. Their lender had messed up at the appraisal and Darik was able to come in, close on time which I still can't believe, and all the while offer my clients a better mortgage than they would have gotten through the original lender. His communication is excellent and he kept us apprised of all the details along the way. He is helping out two more clients of mine right now and they rave about how great of job he is doing all the time. If you are looking for a great lender, then definitely give Darik a shot, you won't be disappointed.

On my first home that I purchased, I was not very impressed with my lender. A friend of mine recommended Mike Kenevan this time around, and I am so glad that she did! I recently refinanced my personal residence and my investment property with Brian Fennell at Spire Financial and the experience was absolutely exceptional. The headaches I anticipated in being self employed were non existent. After signing all the initial paper work Brian commandeered the process with efficiency and transparency. He came to my house mornings and evenings to pick up additional documents needed by the lender. He worked personally with my tax advisor to obtain documents and information. He held my hand every step of the way, allowing me the time and energy to focus on my business and enjoy my family.

Nick Brown did an excellent job with my loan as he assisted me in all areas of working through the process of getting a loan. He helped me with understanding the paperwork I needed to get approved by the underwriter before I even had a house selected.

This is very important because it enabled me to show the sellers that I had all of the hard work done and I was truly approved for the loan. And then Nick went a step further by actively communicating with the sellers that my mortgage loan was approved by the underwriter so they knew could accept my offer with confidence.

Having a solid loan officer is not an option in the tough Denver market and Nick helped secure my house purchase.

I would recommend Tim Tacl to anyone! He was so helpful and straightforward with us. I appreciated how smooth the whole process was even during the quarantine times! Thank you again!

I would not recommend this place. It s horrible. It was my first time buying. Kit strung me long knowing I was not familiar with the process. I had to go to another lender. He didn t seem to care, he was all about the money. Asking for documents I didn t need. And asking for documents HE was supposed to get himself. I did ALL the work he was supposed to do. Stay away from him and this place. They don t even deserve a one star

I do not even know why you would look elsewhere. This is my third time working with Abby and her team. They always make sure you make it to the closing table. Transparent, and communicative through the entire process. Goes the extra mile, every time!

Very unprofessional! Sean Boehmer never showed up for the appointment we had set, didn't even reach out to say they couldn't make it or reschedule. We reached out again through email to set up another time...still waiting on the reply. I wouldn't waste your time with these guys since they don't value yours.

This is the ONLY lender that offers a $10,000 lender performance and they always FULLY underwrite your loan BEFORE you go look for homes. This one beautiful thing makes your offer rise to the top in the most competitive market in 20 years.

As a real estate agent in Denver I have been using Spire Financial as a referral for my clients for years. The broker I typically work with is Matt Bliss. I can confidently say without Matt Bliss and his Spire team I would have lost more than a few deals over the last 5 years. This group of people know what it takes to communicate and get borrowers great loans. Most importantly Spire gets deals closed.

Don t waste your time with these guys. Unless you re pre approved for a lot of money they will be unresponsive, unhelpful, and you won t be worth their time or money. Rates are high as he considers himself one of the best in the city. Go somewhere else and don t waste your time or energy on a lender like this

I worked with Ben at Spire to get a mortgage for my first home. I thought the process would be difficult, but they did an excellent job keeping it simple. I had questions many times during the process which they were eager to answer (and if they couldn't answer it right away, they always got back to me within the hour). I never had to leave a voice mail because someone was always there to talk to me. When it looked like I might be getting a slightly larger discount elsewhere, they were quick to match it. When I met with Nick to sign documents, he explained everything clearly and honestly. I would absolutely recommend them.

I have worked with Turner for a few years now on several deals and he has always come through. He has the knowledge and patience to help guide anyone through the daunting loan process whether they are first time buyers or more experienced investors.

My loan was sold off within 30 days to a service provider that would not meet the terms of the original commitment from AmeriFirst. The company that purchased the loan is name AmeriHome. My representative, Justin, explained to me that they can't control who buys the loans and that only 5% of the loan purchasers they work with can't match the terms offered by nearly all real mortgage companies. Ultimately, the issue is over $84k in damage to me and I will have to seek resolution through alternative means.

Wouldn't recommend this company there process was backwards very stressful and not to mention they sale your loan faster then you could pay your first months mortgage. If I wanted to have a loan with penny mac I would have went through them myself and could have most likely gotten a better loan. Never again.
