I just bought my first home and used Spire Financial for the mortgage process. I was referred to Keith Floyd there who helped me through the entire process. He answered all my questions and explained everything at a level I understood, as this was my first mortgage. He was on top of everything, kept me informed, and ensured I locked in my interest rate at the optimal time. Keith really made the mortgage process easy for me, not to mention my loan was 100% approved weeks in advance which was a relief going through the home buying process. He was so helpful and really took care of me, I would highly recommend Spire and especially Keith to anyone looking to purchase a home.
