Very Professional and excellent service from Barons BMW Watford. Tracey was exceptional and advised me through what will happen in the Inspection 2 service, also knowing the Master tech will be working on my car was very reassuring. COVID 19 guidelines adhered to and was a efficient process. Thanks again for looking after my car, and Tracey thanks for you impeccable service.

BMW make a great car. BMW dealers are generally not the best. This BMW dealer is probably about the worst. They love to say NO and treat customers like something they stepped in. Try Syntner instead
Brought my car in for a full service. Poor service offered at checkout, FAVOURITISM!! LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! In the morning when I arrived at check in the Reception lady was helpful and friendly, showed me how to use the system via touch screen. In the afternoon went to collect my car and the lady sitting at the reception desk different from morning time did not look at me. Let me strugle with the touch screen machine. Not a single gesture.
Behind me a gentleman walked in at the next machine. The whole room stand up to greet and meet him and called his name!!! Even asked him for a drink!!! Shake Hands!!!!! Apologies that they could not do a service that was before pandemic. All this sort of "professional " customer service talk. Like I was a ghost in there!!!!!
Thanks BMW Barons Watford for your "favoritism " and choosing your customers!!!!! To be honest I would not come to this service but no choice when you drive a BMW and the lease company is requesting me to come!!! Rip off prices!!
I came in to resolve an issue under warranty and was told there is nothing that can be done. The issue was visible by the technician but as the error did not appear on their diagnostics they were unable to help any further. I am now stuck with this issue for the rest of the lifetime of the car because BMW don t want to replace the faulty part. This is very frustrating and is the reason for my 1 star review.
Very good service fast and on time! very nice friendly staff with great customer service especially Lisa and always on hand to help! I would highly recommended this branch compared to any branch I have been to as they always go above and beyond for me
Receptionist was not helpful at all, I found her rude and not welcoming. I won t be using barons Watford bmw again for future services. I was told to use the self check in to drop my key off, as it was my first time I did find the check in a bit fiddly. At one point I got stuck and couldn t go next, I asked the receptionist to help her response was have you answered the questions? from my knowledge I thought I had hence why I asked for help? She eventually came over and it was with frustration that she had to get up from her seat, did something on the screen and walked away. Never have I experienced a staff member who is a receptionist so rude and unwelcoming! If your receptionist cannot do her job and make you feel welcomed then she definitely needs training on how customer service role works.
I have been using Borehamwood for previous services and I will be using them for future references, however, the man dealing with my car after I dropped it off was helpful, initially dropped off for MOT but needed some extra work done as I failed the MOT check, received a call before midday and explained what work needed to be carried out and got it done. Received a text to pick up my vehicle and paid for my invoice online.
