Customer service is poor and pretty much has been consistent over the years.
- No phone call to say my car is ready - you ve got to chase
- Meant to use Audi cam to let you know what s going on with your car - not done
- Despite premium pricing not even a hint of washing the car or vacuuming
- One positive is that they answer the phone these days - used to take ages to pick up the phone but this is much better now

Now that we are coming out of lockdown the showroom is busy but I feel, as a returning customer that communication has dropped off. As they are selling cars due to a pent up demand there appears to be an attitude that they don't need to try with clients. That may come back to haunt them in quieter times as clients will move to other showrooms where staff give better service. They are forgetting the lessons of the recent very tough times. That said I have previously found them to be quite good.
Had my MOT and oil changed recently. They identified some warranty issues which were taken care of promptly. Dealt with Abbey throughout who was superb.
Visited Audi today, was unable to view any cars as we were told it was due to government guidelines and covid yet I was able to visit Audi Amersham with no appointment. Very disappointing, I will visit BMW instead as no appointment needed in any of their branches. I think Audi should rethink their policy.
