I am the President of an Association that Spinnaker Management manages. We have been through several companies and Spinnaker by far is the best we've ever had. They do what they are supposed to and that's manage the property. With previous management companies it felt like our Board of Directors was managing the property. Not anymore. I Am a Owner at Continental Manor and the Property Manager Leo is Unprofessional, Nonresponsive, Lies to owners, Doesn't notify owners of work being done, Threatens Owners that They are taking away our storage areas, etc... I would NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART...

Now, They are my personal management company where I live and I couldn't be happier. if I need something or have questions, I have my answer in seconds and I love the fact they have a company that actually shovel the snow right to the door ! :-) Thanks again Tina for your help..
Their accounting department is top notch, however, if you own a home in a development that they manage and you want to be treated like you are a renter and everything you ask to be fixed due to contractor negligence is not important to them, then this is the property management company for you.
They take care of my complex and from day one they have been the best. Listen "We always take time to complain but we never take the time to compliment". Doris & Tyler have always dealt with any concerns that arise. Thank you again for taking care of things!
I have only ever had great experiences and I am always happy to conduct business. Everyone is very nice and I always get great results when I ask for anything. I would recommend to anyone looking for a management company!!
Extremely rude. I just bought a property managed by them. I called to arrange to pay the HOA fees, and they told me to have my lawyer contact them and they refused to ralk to me until my lawyer called them. 3 months later they still have not told me how to pay the dues.

Horrific experience. Terrible customer service- condescending and unhelpful. To clarify I called about my car being towed (even though my parking pass was clearly displayed) but the issue quickly became the way I was treated, not the poor management that lead to the car being towed.
