As a former employee at Eben Ezer, who moved on to focus on raising a family in the same community, I can tell you, without hesitation, that if you are looking for a long term care facility for your loved one where you can trust that they will be cared for to the highest degree, that EELCC is where your search ends. The family-centered environment, highly skilled staff and volunteers will make your loved one, and you, feel like family. Because you are. EELCC is not just an LTC facility, they will love, care for, and respect your loved one the way that you would. They have moved away from that institutionalized feeling, and have made it a whole lot more like home. This is a place like none you have ever seen. Their values set them apart, and it s a difference you can see and appreciate every time you call, or visit.

My dad was sent here for rehab in Feb 2021. When he was admitted he was weak but able to walk and hold his weight. He was mostly independent. When he came home, he couldn't stand or walk due to such weakness. After 5 days at home, it took 2 people to get him dressed and in his wheelchair. He was not able to hold his own. Now, he is back in the hospital waiting to go back to rehab or admitted to SNF. He was suppose to get better, not worse. Yes, he was checked and there was no medical reason for this decline. No strokes or other neuro finding to explain the deterioration.

Eben Ezer has been a life saver for my mom. We moved her there in November of 2018. On the day I admitted her I had a conversation with an intake nurse and relayed my concerns about all the medication my mom had been prescribed. Fast forward to March 2019, she is not on any pain, muscle relaxants or anxiety medications any more. I feel like we have regained the mom we were losing by masking symptoms instead of finding the cause and addressing it. The staff and physician are top notch! I m forever grateful! Thank you to the wonderful people who make Eben Ezer the best!

Almost a year ago, my mother was taken to Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center as she was terminally ill. I can t say enough on how carrying and compassionate the staff of Eben Ezer were to my entire family. They just went above on making my mother feel comfortable on her last weeks of life. Ashley, the manager, was very helpful and carrying. She did an amazing job while we were there. The nurses were just amazing, so friendly and nice. I have a horrible memory but a nurse that stood out was Jessica, I believe she was called Jessie. She was so friendly and nice and being bilingual really helped with an aunt that came from Mexico for a week to stay with my mom. There was also a male nurse that was extremely helpful and friendly. Days before my mom passed away, we threw her a birthday celebration and Ashley approved for us to use their community center and allowed us to bring music. They also offered us the chapel after my mother passed away. The whole staff that interacted with us during my mom s stay, was very helpful and sympathetic. I really have nothing negative to say about this care center.
