Thomas Kramm DJ'd our wedding he did a great job! I would highly recommend. He deserves a raise!

Everything was seamless until the day of the wedding. The photographer showed up 40 mins late, she had no ideas or never scoped out the area we chose to do the first look and family photos. All of the photos she manage to cut off portions of people and they were very uneven. She lost her camera and lense and left it at the hotel. As the bride I was frantically looking for her camera and she expected us to find it and left went to the location without it. Then she never made a decision on where to actually do the photography with family and put us in the uneven grassy wet area, which got the entire bottom of my dress black and everyones hair is blowing in the wind. I would not recommend going with Jennifer in Kansas City as a photographer she didn t appear to care. When we got to our second destination they told us we had to leave because we needed a permit so another example of her not doing any homework before day of. I met with her twice, discuss in detail of my expectations and even sent her a schedule. She by far the worse vendor I had hired for that day.

Tiffany and Jessica were our photographers and they made the day so much fun and stress free! They brought our photo list and made sure to get everything we asked for and more. Our family and friends also had nothing but good things to say about them. I highly recommend Bellagala for your photo needs! Truly a seamless process. We cannot wait to see the finished product!

Awful. Terrible. Traumatized and FULL of regrets. I had to mark at least one star to have this post, but I give MINUS 10 STARS! Do the extra work and find a proper service. I was screwed at every turn. I have waited two years to post this review as I find myself reverting to nasty descriptions of the people I worked with. Amateur artists and professional liars. The photographer was terrible. I have more pictures of some random kid than I do of me or the wedding party. She didn't pose us, she didn't fix wardrobe issues or get creative in any way. I could have hired my 12 year old niece to take photos and it would have been better. We had to edit, tint, alter, fix, clip and cut our own photos. They offered a "free" album with our purchase that we never received. I went rounds for months trying to get the album the way it was promised to be. My husband spent hours editing the terrible photos and we only had maybe 10 good photos to work with. The rest of the promised 700 prints were duplicates or worthless because everyone was doing something stupid. We ended up making our own album.
The DJ did not do what was asked. She was to check with both the bride and groom to approve songs not on the list. She started playing requests from guests. She was also responsible for the lighting and it was terrible. She's not a lighting professional, she's not a professional anything. There were overlaps and extended parts to our ceremony pieces, nothing started on time and was played past when it was supposed to stop. She didn't chat with the venue about what music should stop when others started etc. I had two songs going while I walked down the aisle.
The florist was also awful. The flowers were brown around the edges and the hosta leaves were torn and mangled. My bouquet fell apart and I was covered with silver paint from the holder. Paint on my hands, face, dress, and other people who had to hold the stupid thing. I had to redo all of my make up because there was silver paint on everything!!!! I was consequently late for photos. I threw it away before the ceremony even started. I borrowed from a vase on my reception table and a ribbon from my nieces hair. Vases I bought and she did not fill were everywhere... we did all the arrangements ourselves. I think she dropped stuff off the night before and the venue wasn't helpful.
I can't warn anyone enough. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You get one shot at your wedding day. Don't cut this corner, you can't get it back. Spend the extra time and money on a professional for at least photos! Get your flowers from global rose and hire a lighting company. In fact, hire people who do one thing and do it right.

Ty Vinson was such an excellent photographer! My husband and I hate getting our picture taken, and he was super helpful with suggestions and made us feel comfortable. Everyone comments on how beautiful my wedding photos are! He did a fantastic job in capturing nature elements at the venue (something we specifically requested). I would highly recommend him!

We used Meagan W for both our engagement and wedding photography and could not be happier. Her photos are just beautiful. She is such a pleasure to work with, is so sweet, helpful and very efficient. We had a large group for our wedding party and our family photos and she was great at quickly working through all of those groups on a warm summer day. She is so flexible and definitely wanted our opinion for what photos we were hoping to see. One of the things that we love about Meagan's photography is her ability to capture so many natural candid photos. She is fabulous and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Avoid Bella Gala at all costs. I had the top level photographer and I was so disappointed at the photos. The editing is horrible.

We had Andrew P as our photographer. He had great energy and was a lot of fun to work with. He utilized the space and lighting really well and gave great direction. Very talented and knowledgeable photographer. The pictures turned out amazing. Highly recommend!

We hired bellagala for the DJ services at our wedding. Andy did a great job! We made a long list of songs we wanted, but he was also able to work in requests from our guests and read the room. The dancefloor was packed all night! Could not have been better!

We went with Bellagala because they were a bit cheaper than some of the other photographers in the area and were offering the packaging we were looking for. We really liked some of the other features they offered as well, such as if something happened with the photographer they could network through their community to find another one. Amidst all the Covid craziness, our original photographer decided against photographing our wedding; thankfully, Bellagala consultants were quickly on our case and found another photographer- that s when we met Emily B! She did an awesome job photographing everything. We had her for 7 hours that day and as soon as she came she immediately went to work taking pictures while I was still getting ready. I am so impressed with how many different pictures and angles we got from the day considering she was the only photographer. The pictures are beautiful!! She came with a great sense of joy and positivity and professionalism; we are so thankful she was part of our day.

We were lucky enough to have Mitch Benson DJ at our wedding! He was great to work with and really knew what he was doing! Our guests couldn t stop talking about the great variety of music he played to get people on the dance floor. He was also great at communicating with both myself and husband throughout the night! We cannot thank him enough for his execptional talents. We had a blast! Thank you so much!

Jon S. was the best DJ! We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more! He was wonderful at coordinating all the guests and the day of timeline for the entirety of our wedding! He was not only the DJ but lent a hand in coordination for the day. He instructed the guests to be seated for dinner, introduced both the blessing and the celebratory toasts, as well as our first dance. He was kind and attentive enough to check in with us to make sure we were okay with the music he was playing, if we desired anything to be changed/adjusted, and if we wanted to stick to the schedule or if we needed five more minutes to visit with guests or finish eating. Would recommend again and again, we could not have been happier with Jon S. being our DJ on our wedding day!

The Photographer we had was amazing. Bellagalla on the other had is a horrible company to work with. Way over priced for what little you get. It's been 6 weeks since my wedding and I still have not received my wedding photos. Was informed that all we get is a digital download after the fact when I told that we would receive a CD with the photos. I would never recommend them to anybody. Stay away from this company.

The most amazing ever! I was excited to use Bellagala for as much as possible and because we booked early we got our choice of florists. Jennifer Frisbee was beyond amazing and created things that were just jaw droppingly beautiful. I was very happy with my vision coming to life at her hands. I never once felt unsure. I would recommend her and Bellagala to everyone.

Bellagala was awesome to work with during the whole process. My husband and I booked Meg Gregory who is an amazing photographer and was very professional. She did an awesome job and we really enjoyed working with her.

Steven was a great DJ for my BIL's wedding (A+J Olson, Royal Oaks). He kept the music going with the flow of the night and was very open and flexible to the change-ups and requests that came his way. He's a very personable and energetic guy, so he's definitely the type of person you'd want at your wedding!

We were incredibly disappointed with our wedding photos. The lighting was harsh, photos edited to the quality of an amateur and worst of all we didn t get the photos we wanted. If photography is important to you, I would RUN from this company. When I contacted them about our dissatisfaction we were brushed off and forgotten.

We use bellagala for floral, DJ, and photography. We had a great relationship with all our vendors, it couldn't go any better! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for less stress in wedding g planning.

We paid for the longest videography package (10+ hours). What we received is a terrible quality DVD of our wedding day, with cut-off heads during the ceremony and NO recording of our reception. They chose not to record our first dance, all other dancers or toasts. Terrible vendors, I tell all of my friends to avoid Bellagala.

We can't say enough wonderful things about our DJ Sam Johnson! He was so accommodating and professional - he knew how to handle parents/family, how to field random requests, he had a great feel for tone/vibe, and he was quick to think on his feet when something unanticipated came up. We highly recommend his services if you can book him! Thanks for helping ensure our day was perfect, Sam!

Bellagala was so accommodating to our needs and the changes made to our wedding plans due to COVID! They gave us perks for bundling services including a free second photographer and a photography upgrade. All of the artists were amazing, Jessica was so much fun to work with for photos and easy going! Karon was an awesome DJ who knew how to work the room and was super responsive to guests needs. Terri designed beautiful bouquets and centerpieces that I was in love with! I would highly recommend this agency to anyone, and it was a huge plus to have just one parent agency over many different vendors as communication and scheduling was much easier!

We used Bellagala for our wedding photography, DJ, and flowers, and every single person we worked with was amazing and helped create the perfect event. Tom Baker and Amanda Anderson were a fantastic photography duo and I cannot wait to see the pictures. Leah Schmidt created the most gorgeous floral centerpieces, bouquets, garland, and flower crown, capturing our vision perfectly. Andrew Mansour provided the perfect jams for our reception, combining a wide variety of genres to keep all my guests happy. Everything was absolutely SEAMLESS and I could not be happier!

Very nice venue, great service and great staff. I didn't pay for the venue, so I have no idea about the value, but I had a great experience with everyone there.

We booked Andrew Parfenov as our photographer and he was spectacular. He worked so hard we had to check in and make sure he actually ate something. I am a little camera shy and he helped me feel comfortable and at ease with his personality. The photos were amazing and we could not be happier with out choice.

I used Bellagala for my DJ and photography and it was amazing! Matt was our DJ and he was the best. We had some very specific requests for our ceremony music as well as our parent dances and he made sure everything was perfect. He also did a wonderful job of making sure all of our guest were having a good time, while still sticking with our wishes. Megan was our photographer and she was great. We haven't received the photos back yet, but she showed me some of the shots on her camera and they were gorgeous. From the moment she walked in she was looking for interesting and beautiful shots to take. She made sure we got all of the shots we wanted, while still staying in the background and letting our wedding evolve. Working with the staff up to our wedding was a pleasant and relaxing experience and I would highly recommend them.

This place is amazing. They made the planning process so much easier with the way they gave us timelines throughout our engagement and created a tailored portfolio for our wedding. We had Andrew Parfenov for our photographer and Matt N for our dj and both were absolutely PHENOMENAL! Andrew was relatable, kind, goofy and made us both so comfortable taking photographs - this is actually the first time we've had professional photos together and he just made it so easy! We cannot wait to see how the wedding photos turned out (he gave us glimpses throughout the day and so I know they will be fabulous :) ). He also took our engagement photos, incorporating our then 10-month old son and we had so much fun and they turned out great! Matt was also very relatable, was so good at keeping the line of communication open throughout the event and always kept people groovin on the dancefloor. I cannot recommend Bellagala, Andrew and Matt enough!!

Thomas was our DJ and it could not have gone better! We were a little nervous about the DJ as we selected the Associate Package, but we are so happy that we did. Our party was not only bilingual, but had groups of people with very different tastes in music. Not to mention a number of different shows to mix into the line-up. There was not a moment that people were not dancing. Tom knew how to raise the rhythm of the party when needed and his mix of songs were very fun. We were amazed by his knowledge of music, especially Latin music. We very happy with everything and if you have the chance to work with Tom you should be very grateful. Thank you for the beautiful night!

Leah Schmidt is such a great florist!! She knew exactly what I wanted and matched our theme amazingly. She is very personable and and accommodating to our needs. She answered every question I had right away. She also was so flexible with all the COVID shenanigans that happened! Highly recommend her!

Our DJ, Ted, was very obliging and excited about the playlist we had picked out. He did an EXCELLENT job at the event; in addition to guiding guests through the evening with the music and announcements, he periodically checked in with both Chad and I to make sure everything was on track, and then again at the end of the night to make sure we didn't need anything else. At the very end of the dance we had people chanting "One more song!" because people were having THAT GREAT of a time!!

We used Bellagala for our wedding and had Jordan as our DJ. He was the ABSOLUTE BEST. He was very organized, prompt, and understood the flow of the wedding and what people wanted. He even brought cheese curds (because I mentioned that I loved them) just as a sweet gesture. We had many compliments on how great he was- we HIGHLY recommend.

I booked our DJ Mike H at Bellagalla through a deal on a wedding website that was featuring a package deal at a reduced cost. So I had reserved expectations for what we would get at such a low cost. Mike blew away any of our expectations. I can honestly say he was one of the best surprises of our wedding. He was professional, listened to our requests and executed everything perfectly. I was so impressed with how he constructed his song choices from the beginning of the night and getting all generations out on the dance floor to closing out the night with the party music. Our dance floor was packed from start to finish, no dead time, no awkward transitions and no mistakes! If you book Mike H you will absolutely not be disappointed and he will do his part to make one of the most important days of your life perfect.

Hillary Moore is a fabulous photographer! Due to COVID-19 we changed both the date and the venue of our wedding, and Hillary was so flexible and easy to work with. Her photos of the day capture the most meaningful moments so beautifully, and we'll cherish them always!

Minutes before the wedding we couldn't get in touch with the music coordinator for the reception. They popped out of nowhere seconds before the wedding party started the proceedings but it's nice to have a little headstart on everything when it comes to a wedding.

If you're looking for a DJ with enthusiasm, professionalism, reliability, and helpful advice, look no further. Our Bellagala DJ help us with event details only a seasons DJ would know and took time to participate in planning meetings with us. As a result, we had a great reception!

Stay away from this company if you are needing pictures for your wedding. Even though they have 5 stars, those are probably paid for or they are handing out discounts for positive reviews.

Before jumping on the Bellagala band wagon, take a look at all of the 1-2 star reviews. You will notice a common trend. Out of the 700 photos they took, maybe 50 are somewhat professional. They contract out their photographers, they won't edit your photos, they won't respond to any of your phone calls and to top it off, they want you to spend more money to see all of the photos the photographer took. We had two photographers and one of the photographers showed up late and left 3 hours early. Bellagala refused to refund our money for the 4+ hours of shooting we didn't get.

Overall, the photographers were great but poor performance on Bellagala's part. I would give them a positive review if they would at least try to resolve some of the issues that a normal photography company would. But they failed to even do that. Very disappointing as they failed to deliver a special moment in our lives.

This is my experience-

We decided to go with Bella Galla after a 'good deal' at a wedding fair.

If you are looking for 'take-your-breath away' wedding photos, go somewhere else. The photographers themselves were nice and fairly timid. Not what I expected from a place that advertises themselves as 'leading the business'.

Bella Galla Photography = B--O--R--I--N--G. Note: not BAD, just boring. For almost $2,000 I would expect a lot more creativity. Entry level or not, every photo should be shot like you are shooting for your portfolio.

My husband and I used several of Bellagala's services but I have to rave about our day of coordinator Nicole Lewis. She was absolutely amazing, we got married two months ago and I still tell my husband our day wouldn't have been as magical if it wasn't for Nicole. She kept everything on schedule, she put all my decorations where I wanted them to go and she even had ideas that made my decorations look better. I would recommend her to anyone who is getting married!

Working with Bellagala for our wedding DJ was the right choice. Their staff were quick to respond to questions, their online music gallery was so easy to use, and they had all our favorite songs! Derek was on time, professional, full of energy, and made our day a blast. He played the perfect songs at the right times our dance floor was never empty! Would 100% recommend Bellagala and Derek to anyone.

Working with Bellagala was delightful! They were prompt, efficient and punctual in getting me quotes, package options and suggesting other services. My videographer, Jon, was fantastic! He was super sweet, attentive to detail, made himself present and available but was also respectful and courteous of the vendors and wedding party. My first encounter with Jon was reassuring and I trusted him from day one! He has continued to impress me with his follow up and kindness!

Dan, our photo booth attendant, was also GREAT. He was helpful in setting up times, made great suggestions and got people through the photo booth quickly and efficiently. The guests loved the photo booth. We used the photos as our guest book and the photos will be far more entertaining to look at then signatures for years to come!

Writing this review solely based on the photography of Kirsten S at our wedding a few weeks ago. I am not one to ever write a review about anything but she blew me away. Not only was she the most professional photographer i have ever worked with, but i genuinely felt that she was a great person and very easy to work with on top of that. Her work in being concise, timely, and working with my impatient personality (I HATE TAKING PHOTOS) surpassed my expectations. You are making a mistake choosing anyone else.

Absolutely loved our DJ, Aaron E., from Bellagala! I first met Aaron at the Bellagala booth at a bridal fair & after about a minute of chatting with him, I knew I wanted to hire him for my wedding. He was extremely personable and was so thorough throughout the entire planning process. My husband & I had multiple meetings with him, both in-person as well as over the phone, to make sure everything was going to go according to plan for our big day. On the day of our wedding, he arrived on time and was dressed very professional. He even took the time to meet with our officiant to go over details about the queueing of the music for our ceremony. For our reception, he did a phenomenal job making sure our bridal party was lined up and ready for the grand entrance as well as giving everyone ideas as to how to enter in a fun, dancing way! He played throughout our dinner & the dance seamlessly and had the dance floor full for the entire evening. My husband & I couldn't have been happier with our choice to go with Bellagala! We highly recommend them :)

We booked with Megan Gregory in Indianapolis and she was more than wonderful! She was always available to talk and got back to questions in a timely manner. We did engagement and wedding pictures with her and we are so pleased with our results. Thank you for capturing our favorite day!

We got married on Saturday October 7th, 2017 and Bellagala helped so much with our special day. Andrew P., our photographer, did a phenomenal job capturing our day. He took our engagement photos and shot our wedding day. Our engagement photos were outstanding, creative, and fun. Bellagala is a wonderful company that really helps you simplify the stress of wedding planning. You are able to bundle different vendors and pay a total. We also booked around the holidays and received a photo booth station for free. The services we booked we're dj,photographer, uplighting and photo booth. We were satisfied with all of our services and can't wait to see our pictures. We did have some confusion with figuring out our online account but bellagala was pretty good at communicating with us about what to do. The only other thing that wasn't necessarily negative but just confusing was the photo booth photographer couldn't tell us where we could go to see the photo booth pictures and so we had alot of guests ask us the same question "where can we see our pictures". Our DJs name was Daniel he kept the night rolling and was very positive and energetic. Our photographers name was Eric, he was kind and took some amazing shots, great scenery photographer but we could have used a little more direction as a wedding party as to where to stand so our family pictures weren't lopsided or unable to see everyone's face. We still had an amazing experience and highly reccomend the uplighting it made the room look so cool!!!

My husband and I believe that Luke was quite professional! He answered all of our questions along the way. Luke is prompt and thorough. He is the top of the line professional! Even on the wedding day, he went with the flow and understood the layout of the church and yard where we would be taking pictures and he would be taking footage.

What can I say about Allison except that she was an absolute champ? She was, from start to finish, the most professional, friendly, relaxed person at our wedding. We could sleep soundly knowing that Allison and her Bellagala team were going to make sure our wedding went smoothly. Thanks to Allison, we were able to enjoy our day without so much as blinking an eye at the schedule or itinerary, and that is something I will never be able to repay. It's such a relief knowing that in just a few weeks we will have this beautiful memory of our wedding to cherish for years to come. We already have a bunch of empty frames hanging on the walls, ready for the beautiful pictures Allison took of us! I HIGHLY recommend Allison if you are looking for a photographer with experience, professionalism, and a warm touch. To me, she just felt like another guest, another part of the family, like she'd always been there.

Dj Tom Kramm was our dj for the wedding and I couldn't have asked for anyone better!!! He knew exactly what he was doing! Made the whole wedding a smooth ride! I didn't worry about any of the timing/schedule as I knew he had it under control! Tom is definitely full of energy and knows how to get the crowd going!! I would recommend him!! We didn't get to rehearse with him as we had no time the day of the wedding but the musics were played at the right time and it was perfect!! Also I really enjoyed Bellagala's service! They were always quick to respond!

Wonderful for our DJ, reasonably priced and professional. Great work and our dance was amazing. Highly recommend!

We got married on 10/6/17 and our photographers, Andrew P and Andrea were awesome! They listened to everything we had discussed, were very prepared, creative, and fun!! Our ceremony and some photos were rained out, but Andrew and Andrea were flexible. Andrea even let me sit on her raincoat so we could get a quick picture on a swing outside :) Also, our florist Heather F. was fantastic! The flowers were GORGEOUS and exactly how we envisioned them to be. Heather and the photographers were very responsive leading up to the wedding. We can't thank these three enough for making our wedding day perfect!!

Personally, I was extremely happy not only with the services and communication provided to us, but also the selection of the assistant photographer.

I am a very Type-A person, and our photographer's calmness and go-with-the-flow attitude truly was a welcome presence during a busy weekend. She did a tremendous job of communicating with us when we actually needed her from the moment of our engagement pictures. But perhaps more importantly, she did not OVER-communicate, as to cause additional stress at any point through the planning process. In my heart, I knew that the timeline we created for pictures would never work, but that she would be there to take care of the coordination. I think perhaps that is the biggest compliment you can give any wedding service provider.

I am a teacher, and thusly thrive on receiving constructive feedback; I wish that I had some to offer! Our engagement products were tremendous, and I'm sure your wedding products will be great, too!

We had the pleasure of having Maryalice Williams as our wedding and engagement photographer. She was engaged and so detail oriented. Her style is one that we admire. Our engagements were my husband and I's first experience with professional photos and she made us feel so comfortable and kept it fun and exciting! She was so professional yet so personable! We are so happy we hired Samuel Johnson from Bellagala as our wedding reception DJ. Sam was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process, as well as on the day of our wedding. During our initial meeting, he listened closely to what our vision was for our wedding reception and asked lots of questions to make sure he understood exactly what we needed. In the months leading up to our wedding, he was very responsive to emails and answered all our questions quickly. During our reception, Sam did an outstanding job making announcements, introducing speeches, and keeping the dance floor full all night long. He was also extremely flexible. We made a few last minute changes during the reception and he calmly went right along with all of them and made sure our night was flawless. We got so many compliments about the DJ from our guests - they all had a great time dancing the night away. My husband and I would highly recommend hiring Sam J. as your wedding DJ!

DJ Jonathon S was absolutely amazing! He was quick to respond and easy to communicate with throughout the whole planning process. And, he kept the party going throughout the entire reception!

Our photographer, Andrew Parfenov, was amazing! We had our wedding at the Van Dusen Mansion in December and he did a fantastic job capturing the beauty and uniqueness of the venue in the winter time. He made me and my bride feel comfortable posing and got some great photos of our day. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer at their wedding!

Everyone at Bellagala did amazing for our wedding this past weekend. Matt especially - our DJ - was incredibly friendly, forward, and honest. He was a delight to work with and I can't recommend him enough!

DJ, florist, and day of coordinator were great.

DJ Ted crushed it. He prepared with us beforehand via phone calls and also acted well on the fly during our reception. Dance floor was packed all night.

Day of coordinator, Brittany, was excellent. It was a long day but she worked hard putting things together until the very end. One of biggest jobs we had for her was setup for our decor. We gave her diagrams but also told her she should use her professional judgment to make things look good. She did a fabulous job! She kept the vibe we wanted in tact while also making adjustments when needed. We were VERY happy with how the reception looked. She also did a great job working with our other vendors.

Florist, Stephanie, was wonderful. She put together beautiful arrangements while also helping us manage the cost so we could reuse the flowers from the bridal bouquets for the reception.

Communication about payments was also clear. Invoice amounts are sent through account log in on their website.

We booked our photographer through Bellagala and I cannot say enough good things about the experience working with the company's employees and our photographer, Andrew Parfenov.

Our experience started working with Niki at Bellagala's office, she was knowledgeable, kind, and helped us find the photographer that was perfect for our needs. She went above and beyond to assist us and answer all of our many questions. I would highly recommend working with her if you get the opportunity.

Our photographer was a key component of what made our day so special! Andrew was patient, efficient, and his photos were BEAUTIFUL. He helped guide us through our day, making sure we had time to get all the best shots but didn't feel rushed. He was passionate about his work and he made the day fun!! Need a DJ? Don't make a decision until you meet STEVE LY, the Bellagala DJ we hired for my daughter's wedding! The entire evening, from pre-dinner social-hour music through the dance was just PERFECT and so FUN! Steve met with my daughter and her husband to get their idea for music style, and he carried out their vision flawlessly, orchestrating what they said was the night of their lives. He also gave us very sound advice on bar placement, dance floor placement, specific song recommendations, etc. that was SPOT ON. The dance floor was FULL the entire night long, and our guests did not want the night to end! It's obvious to us that Steve is one of the best around the way he kept our large group of guests on their feet laughing, dancing and singing along to all the best tunes. Can't thank you enough, Steve! You made my daughter's reception a night none of us will ever forget!

Working with Bellagala was a GREAT experience. They are a professional company with responsive agents and an easy to navigate site. Our photographer was Amy C. and our DJ was Tom K.; they were both FANTASTIC! In communicating up to the event, both were responsive and offered helpful suggestions. Amy C. has a warm personality that put us and our family at ease. Her experience shows through; she was flexible when asked to take additional shots and took initiative at the event, taking pictures of our friends and family. They LOVED that! Her and our DJ worked well together to keep the schedule on track. Tom K., our DJ, has an outgoing personality that made him the perfect choice for our day; our guests even commented on how great he was! He was able to read the room and pick the right music to get our guests of all age groups on the dance floor. We also received a great deal on the lighting ($100.00) and it was so worth it! It created beautiful ambiance and there were a lot of color options to choose from! GO WITH BELLAGALA. They will not disappoint!

We worked with our DJ, Matt Nielsen, through Bellagala and had a great experience. The whole Bellagala team was very professional and helpful via email and phone as we determined what services and price points would work for us. Matt was a great fit as our DJ - he met up with us a couple of months before the event to get to know us and really clicked. The day of our wedding, he kept the night moving, entertained our guests, played our favorite songs, and really pumped the energy level until the very end! He made our wedding so memorable & special - we're so grateful!

We had Amanda A. from Bellagala and we LOVED her! She did such an amazing job. I had family members and wedding party come up to me all day saying how great she was! Her attention to detail was what stood out to all others. We were very thankful for that but what stood out more was her ideas for different photos and her fun attitude the whole day. Bellagala was a life saver when it came to our wedding planning and execution. Now-a-days with how expensive weddings can get, the convenience and bundle discounts that Bellagala provides with multiple services at a time made our lives so much easier. We ended up using the day of coordinator, photographer, videographer, photo booth, and florist services for our wedding and couldn t be happier with the results! The way they have their system set up to pick the vendors worked out perfectly. Even the vendors that we didn t hand pick that were assigned to us matched exactly what we were looking for! Great customer service too! They answered all of my phone calls and responded to all my emails in an extremely timely manner. Our wedding would not have turned out nearly as amazing if we did not work with Bellagala!

Kelly and I had Derek as our DJ and he was absolutely amazing. From the moment he got there we knew we had picked the right DJ as there was not a worry from us at all. At the ceremony he knew exactly when to play the music and when to stop it with basically no direction from us. At the reception he knew exactly how to keep the party going. Again not a ton of direction from us, he was just fantastic at reading the crowd and making sure everyone had the best time. Could not have asked for a better DJ!

We used Bellagala for multiple services for our wedding. Everyone was so amazing to work with and answered our questions right away. Both of our photographers were amazing. Michael Z did our great job with our wedding video and it is something we are so lucky we have and a great way to remember the day.

We had a great experience with Brent, the DJ we worked with! He took the time to send us files of over 100 songs we wanted to preview prior to our wedding day. He was energetic and entertaining at our reception. Our guests commented about how fun our DJ was as well. Would definitely recommend him and Bellagala!

Stay away from Bellagala! It is a scam. We paid in full, and didn't hear from them for weeks. Then, less than a month away from our wedding, we were sent an email from the main office that there was a 'scheduling conflict' (which they were not were liable for) and we no longer had the photographer we paid for.
It's impossible to get a hold of anyone - half of their phone numbers don't connect to anyone. Our experience is consistent with many others - just keep reading the reviews. Don't fall for the same scam!

My wife and I just got married two weeks ago and went through Bellagala for a DJ. To be honest, we didn't put too much thought into who we picked because all of them looked great. We ended up picking Jonathon S and we could not have been happier with that decision. Not only was he professional and well-prepared but his music selection was perfect for each portion of the night. He made sure to understand our expectations prior to the big day so he could ensure we wouldn't have to worry about a thing on the day of. We got so many compliments on the music and most importantly everyone had a blast and we owe much of that to Jonathon! Thank you!!!

We loved working with Andrew Parfenov, our photographer at Bellagala on our wedding day! He was very professional and knowledgeable about photography. We were all pleased with the work and guidance he provided on our wedding day. I would recommend him for your wedding.

I muddled for a year over whether to leave a review because I hate leaving negative reviews. So I'll start with the positives:

Mike Hongslo was our DJ and he deserves all of the 5 stars in the world! We were told SO many times that our wedding was the best - half of our guests stayed the entire time!, and Mike deserves 100% of the credit.

Leah Schmidt was our florist and she was awesome to work with also. Looking back, my only wish is that I would have communicated better with her regarding coordination of delivery. I had friends helping set up and they had no idea she had delivered the flowers so some of our pictures are without boutonnieres, etc.

Leah and Mike got their own individual reviews because they were excellent.

For his sake, I'd rather not specify who main our photographer was, but to save everyone anxiety, his initials are JY. I am so glad we had a second shooter (Jennifer, who he called Sam...? and she thought this name was Patrick?) because she was amazing and took initiative - many of my favorite photos were taken by her. Without getting too into detail, I look pissed in many of our photos because of his rude comments and oblivion to the shots I wanted (I gave him specific inspiration photos). Our finished photos include a close-up of the microphone, undecorated hall photos and a lot of unflattering photos. Many dance-related shots were missed because he left earlier than established for a "date". Though the quality/post-production of the photos is great, our pictures are my only wedding regret. I've chalked it up to conflict in personalities.

Overall: if you bundle, it's a great deal - that's why we chose them. I would pass on the finished photo books and opt to make your own - you only get 20 photos. Also, apparently to get the people you want, you have to book at least a year and a half in advance (we booked 13 months in advance and JY was our fifth choice). Again, I hate to be negative but I hope the constructive criticism helps.

We worked with Kelly and she was amazing! You could tell she loved her job and she was so easy to work with. She had many great ideas and was perfectly fine with me or my husband giving input or suggestions on pictures we wanted. She even stayed a little past the time we paid her for just so she could get a couple more evening shots!

Our DJ Derek C. was amazing. He was on top of our playlist right away and what our preferences were. He took the time to check - in before the big day a couple times to make sure he had everything just right for us. We had so much fun and he definitely was a good fit for us!

Anthony Gilbert was great! He made us feel very comfortable and offered great direction for our photos. We enjoyed meeting him at our engagement shoot at Minnehaha Falls and can't wait to see how our wedding photos turn out.

My husband and I worked with Bellagala photographer Megan Gregory. She was phenomenal! The photos turned out beautifully. She captured so many important, touching, and funny moments throughout the day. Whenever I look back at the photos I feel like I'm reliving my wedding day. She was friendly and appropriately directive during formal photos and then faded into the background to photograph the rest of the day. She was quick in responding to emails. She was on-time for meetings and phone calls. I can't sing her praises enough. I would recommend Megan and Bellagala to anyone in Indy looking for a photographer for their special day!

Me and my husband hired Ty Vinson via Bellagala as our wedding photographer! We could not have asked for a better photographer or better pictures from the best day of our life.

He arrived early to take pictures of us getting ready. He came with several more ideas in addition to what we previously discussed, and it was a super relaxed setting. He took pictures in the moment and they turned out beautifully. He was super thorough and easy to work with. We loved that he made sure we didn't forget any specific pictures we wanted since we had so much on our minds. We would highly recommend Ty Vinson through Bellagala for anyone still looking for a wedding photographer in the Pittsburgh area!

I can't be more happier that after looking at 10 different photographers/agencies, we decided to work with Bellagala. They provide great client service and only high professionals work there. We worked with Rachel Smack and I can claim that she is the best photographer plus a nicest person I've ever met. They offer like 5 different prices level so it will work with any budget. We are totally happy with Bellagala and Rachel S. especially!

Andrew Parfenov was an absolute incredible photographer. He was timely, patient, and extremely easy to work with. He kept us all on track and made sure that I had all the pictures that I could want. The bridal party loved him and he made us all feel comfortable. We had so much fun and Andrew even took the time to stick around and get some night shots of us and our rings on the big day. Beforehand he made sure to ask questions, follow up, and send reminders when I needed them. I couldn't be happier with how the day went and Andrew is an absolute pleasure to work with. Brandi was so wonderful! We couldn t have been happier with the way she and her husband handled everything during the ceremony and reception but the pictures are amazing! I would highly recommend using Brandi for your wedding photos!

Bellagala provided DJ services for our reception. The DJ was wonderful and we gave her a great review individually.

However, I have issues with Bellagala's handling of our account. They would send us reminder emails to fill in our information forms, which is fine. However, in more than one of these communications they sent us both our username AND PASSWORD in regular text. This lets me know that they do not store our information securely. Not only that but they sent this in an unsolicited email. That could easily have ended up going to someone else, who would then have access to our password and potentially any payment methods we had attached to our account. For being such a popular and large wedding services provider, I am surprised at their lack of security measures.

Bellagalla as a vendor was perfectly fine, however would not recommend Jefferey as a photographer. I was trying to stick to a budget and unfortunately ended up with some of the least professional wedding photos I have ever seen. My wedding was almost 2 years ago and it still bothers me. I keep the photos in a box that I never look at and didn't bother to make an album or get any printed. Wish I would have asked a friend with a nice camera phone to capture the event.

Bellagala service was friendly and prompt. They jumped in when our other vendor cancelled on us at the last minute.

My husband and I used Kirsten S. as our photographer for both our engagament session as well as on the day of the wedding. Kirsten was kind, punctual, and had a very creative and artistic eye. She can visualize unique and romantic shots in locations and poses that I never would have thought of! She also was never pushy-- we were on a budget for our wedding and she respected that and never tried to push for additional spending we couldn't afford. Finally, Kirsten is very easy to work with and my husband and I never felt uncomfortable or awkward around her.

Ted W. was an amazing DJ! He was so professional and knowledgeable. He was there to explain the logistics of the night, to make sure all our wedding party was organized and knew what they were doing, and everything transitioned so smoothly because of him. We gave him a pretty loose idea about the musical "vibe" we wanted for the ceremony, social hour, and dance-- yet he was able to create that "vibe" flawlessly. Seriously, I could not recommend Ted more-- he was great!

Jamie S. was our florist and she did an amazing job. I showed her basically 3 photos from pinterest and she was able to create an entire evening's worth of flowers that were exactly what I wanted. She has such a beautiful and tasteful eye-- I got so many compliments on my bouquet. The flowers were romantic and classic. Finally, we were on a budget but Jamie created bouquets and other floral items that looked extremely expensive-- despite being a very good value in my opinion.

We went with Bellagala for both our photography and DJ needs for our wedding, and are very happy we did.

My husband and I could not be happier with the job Jonathon S. did as our DJ for our wedding reception on 11/03/18. He was super easy to communicate with leading up to and during our wedding day. We really appreciated how he checked in with us a couple times throughout the evening to make sure we were happy with how things were going and to see if we had any specific requests. We also last minute decided to defer from the traditional clinking of the glasses during dinner to make us kiss and went the route of making our guests sing a song with "love" in it; Jonathon facilitated the game seamlessly and it was a ton of fun. We have gotten numerous compliments from our guests, and our dance floor was packed all night! He definitely has our highest recommendation for anyone in the market for a DJ!

We were also absolutely thrilled with our experience working with Andrew P. as our photographer and Was as our second shooter. Andrew was really easy and fun to communicate and collaborate with and made sure to accommodate all of our preferences. He did a great job directing our wedding party to make the most of our time with him, and he was great at making everyone feeling comfortable in front of the camera. He had a great artistic eye and was constantly coming up with new ideas for different shots. We received our photos in less than two weeks after the wedding and are incredibly happy with the quality and variety of photos in our gallery. We would absolutely recommend him for anyone looking for a wedding photographer!

I also have to give props to Kelsey B. who helped us coordinate our services through Bellagala. She was super helpful, responsive, and accommodating!

Steve was our DJ for our wedding (August, 11th) and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received! Steve made sure speeches went smoothly and kept everyone on the dance floor all night! I don't think there was a moment the dance floor was empty! I received so many compliments on how amazing Steve was!! Thank you so much for being such a vital role to our wedding!

Maryalice was our photographer for our wedding! She was (is) AMAZING!! She captured every single moment at our wedding that we wanted her to. She was so much fun to work with! She was kind, patient, and full of suggestions. Our wedding pictures turned out so amazing thanks to her. I can look back at them and remember such a special day! I honestly don't think I would have been happier with any other photographer. You won't be dissaponted with Maryalice at Bellagala!

We used Bellagala for a few of our services because we had heard good things and they had really fair prices. (I loved their tiered options.) We had a photographer, a musician trio, and a DJ, and they were all spectacular! It was great being able to have one organization to work with for multiple vendors, if that makes sense. I also loved their questionnaires, because it really got to the details and nitty gritty that I may not have thought of. For example, the DJ questionnaire asks about what you would want the DJ to do in X, Y, or Z situations, as well as going through and choosing from thousands of songs that you definitely want or don't want. It was incredibly thorough, and it made our wedding day all the better!

We did flowers, DJ, and hair and makeup through Bellagala and were in love with everything!

Our florist - Leslie - created the exact vision we had for flowers. She was able to get peonies which was my dream! I loved our bouquets and the whole bridal party did too. She was easy to communicate with and willing to change details as many times as we needed.

DJ Mike H was fantastic -- everyone loved the music and he really understood that we wanted to get everyone dancing. When we first met with him he said his goal was to get people dancing -- and that worked! The dancing was the most fun of any wedding I've been to.

Dee was also amazing at hair and makeup. Her dry run was helpful and she tweaked that to make the wedding day makeup and hair perfect. It looked great in photos and natural in real life - exactly what I wanted.

We loved working with Bellagala and being able to get multiple services in one place. I would highly recommend any service from Bellagala when planning your wedding!

MaryAlice did a phenomenal job as our wedding photographer. She was easy to work with throughout the entire process and made it headache-free for my fiance and I! She was great with communication and responded quickly to my many questions and adjustments throughout the wedding planning stages. On the day of, she was incredible to work with!
