We have worked with Captiva Marketing for over seven years. They redesigned our website when it was an extremely primitive site. I work with a lot of other companies on various projects and Captiva is one of the most responsive. The customer service and quality of work is impeccable which is very much appreciated! They have also been extremely helpful helping us navigate inaccurate updates through Google which is an ongoing task. As far as pricing, they are very fair and always transparent with their fees. I would highly recommend!

Looking back at my three interviews with Captiva a year ago, I can honestly say it was a well-thought, positive experience. I participated in three interviews - phone and in-person - and I spoke with the hiring manager, social media team, owners and other team members. The hiring manager was helpful and cognizant of timing throughout the entire process, especially during the holiday busy season! I am grateful for this experience and would recommend working for this company any day.

While working at another company, I stumbled across Captiva and decided to apply for an open Account Management position. It was a positive experience from the start. I had a great phone interview with their HR department, was called in for an in-person interview where I was fortunate enough to meet many members of the staff along with senior management. Across the board, a very professional team to work with. I've partnered with them (as their client) in a variety of capacities, including website design, video development, animation, creative, and general media consulting. I appreciate how responsive they are, their customer service orientation, and the work has always been high quality. In my experience working with many different marketing firms and agencies over the years, there can be hidden costs and overpriced services you get locked into. Captiva is consistently very fair and transparent. I appreciate that working with them is more like a partnership versus a transaction.

I went in for the filmmaker position from indeed.com and I interviewed with three different people! Everyone was very nice and professional and were very honest. I even met with the CEO! They called me back the following day! Very professional and responsive!

My wife had an interview with your company this morning.

The interviewer used employees names, titles & the companies website to coax information out of her under the guise of receiving a job.

When she called the STL office to confirm her new jobs legitimacy a receptionist quickly dismissed her with an "It is a scam, we are working on it."

You'd think the misrepresentation of your company would be enough to cause severe action or public outreach but nothing is online other than other people's complaints. Not to mention the leak of would-be employees private information which you seem to have no regard for.

I had three rounds of interviews with Captiva; one phone and two in-person. It was a positive experience with the hiring manager and with the various team members and owners I got to meet. They are a great company to work for and they produce amazing, genuine results for their clients.

Captiva created a new website for us a couple of years ago and the team was very efficient and professional, met all of the timelines and produced an excellent design. We are able to easily update the site with business model changes and new content as needed.

I applied for Captiva Marketing last year and had one over-the-phone interview, then came in to be interviewed in person by a variety of different people that I am now happy to call my co-workers! The fact that I was called back the day after my in person interviews and offered an Associate producer role was incredibly refreshing. They were so nice and I was able to calm down the further I got into the interview process. It just felt like a great group of people and I now know that I was right about that. Everyone is respectful, responsive, and hard working. The management is always open to new ideas and truly cares about all the employees. Can't recommend Captiva enough!

Been hired to your company by someone pretending to be a Melissa. When I cornered them in my interview they didn t know what I was talking about. I discussed the one star review posted an hour ago when I was done and they gave me a fake number to call and wasn t even a St. Louis number. So when I asked them about my concern - they said, What you think this is a scam or what? Yeah HUGE let down. Least I didn t give my social or anything to them. I m sorry this happened to someone and including myself

Really gave a very thorough and detailed point of view on our SEO map and explained and showed me that our market is super competitive and probably should be focused on ads rather than SEO at this point. I am looking forward to understanding the costs and package Nick comes up with.
