Good park for industrial companies. Operating cost is comparatively less

Situated in a village providing employment to many people. Have played a major role in development of the village.

Need to give more attention to waste management and carbon emission.

The roads leading to KINFRA park is with full of pot holes. Your vehicle's tyre will tear off in two three visits. Administration is not doing anything to repair the roads.

Its very good..Location is very ideal...Its at village called Nelladu en route Ernakulam Thekkady route..Road for Muvattupuzha is not good at all..While coming from Muvattupuzha you may take a left just before entering to Nelladu city and drive further about 150 meters to reach this industrial park..At security gate you may need to take a pass and undergo COVID SOP..

Situated in nellad moovattupuzha,consists of many industries,like bhramins spices,pappai icecreams,funriders india,nellad rice and many more.

Kindra Industries Park is open and there is work going on we went there and there Covid-19 Security check and enter address after that we got good assistants from the security to find what we require so I'm happy for the good service as well as we found what we require

An industrial park will all basic infra structure, except proper roads

Kinfra road is very bad,,, parking goods and passenger vechile on road side,, no street light and no canteen food court inside kinfra

Things are okay, the main problem is to get there. Its in a hill, road is not in good condition.

Lots of food industry but roods are not good..they need to maintain it .other wise not good.
